  • The work flow & customer service is efficient & professional.

  • Dr Park is an awesome MD. He is always there when I need him.

  • Showed up early for my appointment and was taken early. Excellent care

  • I wish I knew about Dr. Park years ago before I wasted time with chiropractors and NSAIDs that didnt work. He is kind and has always helped lessen or get rid of my pain. The office staff are friendly and conscientious ESPECIALLY Name. She is knowledgeable and compassionate. She goes above and beyond. One recent example was just yesterday when, after not being able to reach me earlier in the afternoon, called again right before closing. She got a prescription problem straightened out and gave me an appt. She didnt want to leave it for Monday in case there was a problem over the weekend. Very satisfied with this practice??

  • Dr. Park addresses the pain that you are experiencing with other options rather than treating with pain medication. I really appreciate that.

  • caring and attentive staff and physician!!

  • This doctor has poor communication skills and lacks interest in his patients. He needs to find compassion and how to listen to his patient to stay informed in order to provide the best and most timely medical care. Only interested in refilling prescriptions and moving on to next person.

  • friendly and made me feel comfortable. urine samples not in view of all patients

  • Very fast

  • By just listening...It helped .

  • The staff & providers here are always wonderful.

  • Always helpful and willing to answer questions

  • I find Dr.Park not at all congenial or friendly. He seems to lack the empathy that I would expect a pain management Dr,To have. His practice does not seem to be a very popular one as I have never seen anyone there when I arrive,or leaving.or waiting to see him.He was very reluctant to prescribe any pain medication (I understand That is the thinking these days due to opiod overuse)but he was not compassionate at all.I actually broke down crying trying to explain the effect of my back pain and quality if life,He up and left the office for a couple minutes. That was very unsettling to me.He did 2 rounds of steroid inj.that did not help.At the last visit he said I'll refer you to a Neuro-surgeon but I doubt they can do anything.I'll see you in 3 mos.and that was it.Pretty sure I won't be seeing him again.

  • Everyone was friendly and courteous.

  • Great nurses.

  • Excellent

  • Never have to wait. Doctor is very attentive, takes time to listen to what I have to say. Works hard to solve my chronic pain issues. Very happy with this provider and his staff.

  • The doctor I saw was not caring and rushed though my appointment. Question why I was referred there and offered no help

  • Staff always listens and suggests strategies to help me

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Helpfulness of Clerks & Receptionists, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
