  • Crystal listened carefully and responded to all my questions. She is a very good nurse!

She got me in my bed for treatment and provided care quickly and with compassion --- she started my IV medicated me and helped relieve my discomfort ---- I remember her saying she was from down south and a nurse at Charlton for a year....... I am an Er Nurse for 35 years and her skill and ease of communication immediatly placed me at ease......Again I wish i had gotten her name because kudos are definitely warranted -. Please extend my heartfelt thank you to Chrystal at Sally Alexanders office---. Dr [Name]u00A0atu00A0 Er and my nurse who brought me to a bed and started and Iv and provided expert care with kindness and compassion --- ( if this helps , she medicated me with toradol, Benadryl, zofranand compazine -- she was a doll!!! ) thank you for your excellent care!

  • I went to urgent care before calling my Dr. I got lousy care from np. I did get a chest exray that came out clean. On the way home from UC. I called my Dr. Office who had a NP. call me back at home. She listened to my symptoms and prescribed medication for me and I am now after a few days on meds getting better. I should of called my Dr. office in the first place which is what I will do from now on.

She also offered to have certain ailments checked by specialists and offered a ton of suggestions and recommendations to help me begin to feel better. Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
