From the time I walked in and checked out everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive.
Hi, I was seen in a timely manner. Everyone was personal. I was greeted on arrival. Let's see. My provider answered all my questions and treated me with respect. And she was very courteous and very pleasant and I would recommend her to anyone.
Crystal has been such a breath of fresh air. She responds to my portal messages in a timely manner and always tries to fins a solution to my complex medication sensitivities. She's also a great listener and is an asset to Southcoast Health.

Waited 15 minutes for the Dr..
I had a telehealth appointment. Which I love because my provider can see me just like in person. She knows my medical history & really cares about my Weightloss progress. She was impressed with how much I have changed on my food diet. That made me feel good. I absolutely love Southcoast.
The the appointment was appropriate and applicable to my health status. Medication has changed and the next appointment will be telehealth. I am well satisfied.

The wait time at 9am was already 45 minutes late.

My only complaint is scheduling. Both times I've had to reschedule an appointment I was offered 2 choices: either the same provider but months out or a different provider but sooner. I'm thankful the providers all work together but consistency is nice too
I cannot say enough good things about Crystal. She's efficient and knowledgeable and always works with my needs.
She reviewed my meals what I ate in a m and lunch then explained the importance of me eating more protein and gave some examples band portion sizes I should be eating
Crystal always listens carefully to my concerns and addresses them accordingly.

Everyone is really nice in the office but Crystal is the best provider. Every time I see her or talk to her, I'm grateful that the staff referred me to her after a really bad experience with another physician. I actually enjoy my visits and feel confident that I'm able to reach my goals after I speak with her.
During our visit she explained why I need certain foods how it affects my body. Addressed things in a way I truly understood her She really listened & cared about what I was asking & saying.

NP OConnell was very encouraging and helpful with directions for my continued weight loss success. She gave me examples of lengths of time to exercise and how often. After listening to my typical daily menu NP OConnell suggested specific options for better food choices. The expectations were clearly explained and I left my appointment with more tools to continue my health journey. I am very pleased with South Coast Weight Management clinic. Thank you!

I was an hour early & the staff got me right in. When checking out the receptionist was very kind, dedicated to me while she was helping me. My provider listens to me & also in MyChart she responds to my messages very quickly. I always have a good experience when I have an appointment. Thank u

I was happy that I had the opportunity to have this appointment rescheduled. I had missed a prior appointment and at first was going to have to wait till September. This office put me on cancelion list and it ensure me that I could see a Dr plus continue my medication.
