  • I absolutely love the staff and my provider at this location. My only issue is sometimes it's not easy to get in if you have an emergency. I would still keep coming to them but it is a problem sometimes.

  • The staff was BEYOND pleasant from the time of check in to check out. In this time we are in, it's common to see some care teams not truly listen and I felt like this was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT and I can't say how much I appreciate this

  • The waiting room had too many people in it and we're 6 people in there and also they decided to have a meeting while I had been in the chair waiting for somebody to do a scope. I had already had something put in my nose before the scope and I waited probably 18 to 20 minutes before somebody came in and they told me they had a meeting which I think is totally unacceptable.

  • It was my first visit. I did have to wait a while for an appointment but I'm glad they didn't disappoint. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, starting at the front desk. I'm very pleased with my first visit.

  • Yeah, so this the first time I saw Caisie they couldn't fit me in until November and I needed to have my ears the wax so Caisie saw me in August which was a gift and I realize due to covid all your appointment. So probably pushed out but again she understood why I was there knows how difficult it is for me. I have a terrible gag reflex, but I was very pleased that I was seen and I'm looking forward to my appointment to see I see [Name] usually in the [Name] [Name] in and again, I'm very pleased with this practice.

  • Cassie PA was wonderful explaining and doing the procedure on my theoat. It was fast easy and she assured me of the diagnosis and tx plan moving forward.

  • Caisieu00A0responded to a health issue I was having that was not directly related to my appointment yet she was fully able and willing to help out in the moment to address the issue and provide me with the health information that I needed In addition when the checkout desk was held up by two other patients one of the office staff took the initiative to check me out from her office space. The ENtT Staff are all very caring and proficient healthcare professionals

  • Yes, just as far as the appointment. Everything was on time very efficient on the time I went in there and there was no having to wait for any period of time and practition. She was excellent very efficient, and I appreciate it very much for the whole staff there. Thank you.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
