  • I was very satisfied with the care provided by ENT. I had to switch meds due to a problem I had with the original med and NP Cadorette explained that the new med was in a different category of med and the advantages of the new med. I learned some things in the appointment that will help me to manage my condition. She listened to my concerns and explained things again when I asked her to clarify what she had said, I wanted to make sure I heard her correctly. Excellent provider. The support staff was also courteous.

  • Hi. Yes, Caisie's my provider. She's excellent. She listens, she gives you all the information that you need and assures you at your appointment that, what the results are so it's very clear to you. She definitely made me feel better. What I came to her, I was very nervous about what was going on and she explained everything so wonderfully. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor.

  • Very disappointed on scheduling issue: I had an appointment scheduled for nearly a month on July 14, 2021 at 7 am. This appointment was changed without notice to me to a different time and date. I drove round trip 24 miles to go that appointment and was told it had been rescheduled-no email no call no text.

  • I needed an appointment in February, the earliest I could be seen was June. Very friendly knowledgeable staff, reception is under staffed, you need more than one person working the desk. It's too much for one person to check patients in, check them out, take care of the phone calls. It can take 10+ minutes just to check in if the receptionist is helping someone else, which is their job, you should have more than one.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
