  • Hi. I saw Britt the other day, and she was very, very helpful and was very nice and answered all my questions and helped me out considerably. Looking forward to seeing her again. Bye.

  • It was a great visit.

  • this was a video call and it went very well, i was able to ask questions and it saved me time

  • Britt was very courteous, and knowledgeable, and seemed just is interested in getting my issue, for my concern, under control, and referred me, immediately to a specialist, so we can get it resolved. It's always a pleasure seeing Britt.

  • Dr [Name] is amazing, I met with the nurse practitioner today and she was just as good (Britt) Very professional, attentive and thorough. Areas of improvement would be at reception. Twice now I have walked in and the woman with the curly hair was on her cell phone. The first time I actually waited on hold for a good amount of time and could not believe it when I walked in and realized the reason I waited is because 3 woman at reception were gathered around looking at her cell phone....very unprofessional! Lastly I am pretty sure the 1st woman who checked my vitals smokes because that was all I could smell while she was taking my blood pressure. My referral appointment to physical therapy for my bladder was another positive experience today even though I waited 10 minutes after my appointment time to be seen when they asked me to arrive 15 minutes early.

  • I think use are very very experience in your knowledge to help me get to my problem with my blood pressure

  • Pleasant experience

  • I had never seen Britt before and she was very nice and thorough

  • Professionalism and kindness, in that order are always appreciated. I certainly experienced both in this video appointment. Thank You so very much!!! Good health wishes sent your wayu00A0

  • Professional and courteous

  • Everything is very well planned and prepared. Almost no wait time.

  • I was satisfied so I have no recommendations.

  • NP Britt was knowledgeable, considerate, and easy to interact with. I was very pleased with her as my care provider.

  • Too long of a wait time

  • Yes hello, I love the doctors. I love the nurse practitioners. They're all great. The receptionists upfront, well, they need some work. My visits have been either not canceled or not called back. Or it, it's just every time I've gone there, there's been a problem with either what time I'm there, I'm at the wrong time, the wrong day. When I know that I'm there at the right time. I would see 1 mishap, but now I've had like 4. So upfront needs a lot, a lot of work. Right down to their personalities I want to say. But the, all the doctors, the nurses are great.

  • It was a first time experience and all went very well.

  • The visit was quick and easy. No issues.

  • My medical issues were taken care of right away.

  • Long wait times

  • First meeting with Britt Dr. Laxer's NP. She was wonderfully compassionate. Took the time to listen to my concerns. Called me with a follow-up on the same day as my appointment. I would highly recommend this office.

  • Just wanted to say that Britt was very professional, a nice person, great bedside manner and I hope to see her again soon along with my primary care Dr. [Name] [Name]

  • Britt was very attentive and kind.

  • I was nervous about a new provider but she was great and made me feel at ease. She addressed all my concerns and I would not hesitate to see her again

  • Britt was great

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
