  • The doctor was very thorough with me and was attentive to all my questions and explained things very well. I was seen in a timely manner and I would definitely recommend this office to any of my family or friends.

  • I feel very comfortable with Britt and she listens and understands me. She is comforting and knowledgeable.

  • I'm not happy that every time I call for a sick visit, which is not often, I am told to go to the Urgent Care or wait 3 days for a sick appt. I have never seen my PCP in years for a sick appt. Again this was a PA. I was seen at Urgent Care twice and they did nothing so had to go to my PCP office. Not very good patient service.

  • Britt is very knowledgeable, caring and offered good advice

  • Very prompt,courteous, and knowledgeable.

  • Everything went well but wait time in examining room a little high at 25 minutes.

  • NP Britt takes her time to explain things and listens to my concerns does not try to rush me out

  • Did not had any complaints I was very well treated thank you

  • Britt was very nice. She had a very good manner with the patient, which was me, and I felt very comfortable and she's...she's very knowledgeable. And I've been to her a few times and she's been pretty accurate on telling me what my diagnosis is, and she answers a lot of questions, and I left there feeling stress-free. When I went I was very stressful. So, I found her very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to listen. I have nothing to say about her that would be negative, and I'm pleased to have her as my provider.

  • Friendly and thorough. No improvement needed that I can see.

  • Good knowledge and awareness of the issue.

  • Having someone who speaks Portuguese

  • I was treated with respect, dignity, care and expertise. I am soooo happy I switched from Prima Care to South Coast.

  • Britt was great. It was nice to be able to see someone since [Name] [Name] is so booked up and I couldn't be seen last time because she was so behind in schedule. I couldn't afford to wait two hours in thr waiting room

  • Britt was very informed by [Name] [Name] about my rescheduled follow up visit. Communication was excellent by my providers.

  • I have good experiences going to this facility.

  • I was pleased that I'm deaf and the provider was willing to repeat it to help me to understand what was going on.

  • Nothing to improve, everything was great.

  • Everything was good and all my questioned were answered.

  • Everyone is great especially Britt

  • This was my first time seeing Britt as I usually seeu00A0u00A0[Name]. Britt was amazing and nice and caring and listened to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. I felt very comfortable and not judged. I will be requesting her from now on!!

  • The Nurse Practitioners are excellent! Very kind, understanding and thorough.

  • It is very difficult to get an appointmentbwith my PCP. I request to see RNP for f/u so I can get an appt in a timely manner

  • NP Britt was very nice, attentive to detail, and she listened and offered feedback. I went in for a problem I've waited 2-3 years to discuss with a provider due to stigma surrounding the issue. She was great at making me feel comfortable discussing it with her without attempting to dismiss me thinking I'm trying to con them into right me a controlled substance RX. She was very through in explaining how to manage my health once on the new medication and was very open to questions from me.

  • My experience with the NP today was outstanding

  • excellent thank you

  • Loved having Britt...Friday. She was very concerned and help me out with a lot of answers. Thank you.

  • My annual appointment got rescheduled from my primary to Britt S. I was very happy with how easy it was to reschedule the appointment in a timely manner. And I thought Britt was great. She helped answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns in a friendly and easy to understand way.

  • Only complaint was limited availability of appointment.

  • The nurse practitioner, Britt, and her student were incredibly helpful today and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. This was my first time meeting both of them and they could not have made the process smoother! The staff at the office were friendly and efficient. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

  • Test were taken, results showed other test are neededGlad these test were done

  • Provider was excellentWait time of over an hour was unacceptable

  • She was excellent. She listened to everything I had to say. I didn't know what I had, but she figured it out in a hurry and they took me by ambulance from there to the hospital, which was a great thing that she did because I needed certain medication in a hurry. I can only give them praises. Thank you very much.

  • I have seen Britt numerous times, as well as my husband. We are both extremely happy with both her professionalism and her caring. The only negative thing I have to say, is the time it took for an appointment. However, with COVID, I understand that is the way it is everywhere.

  • Excellent providers. Excellent care. Excellent knowledge.

  • spent time listening and asking for clarification

  • Visit took longer than I expected.

  • Britt was very good about going over my test and labs, and she seemed really informative, about questions that I had asked and had answers for me also.

  • Britt the nurse practitioner was a knowledgeable caring and kind individual, all the staff that surrounded her were caring and kind and treated us with the respect that we needed. It was just a great visit.

  • Called my script in immediately

  • The NP did a thorough and professional job. She has a friendly personality too.

  • Informative session. Knowledgable nurse practitioner.

  • My appointment was good. No issues to remark on

  • Good listeners, thoughtful, offered flu shot,

  • I saw Britt the NP and she is excellent and attentive to my needs and questions. She really cares and follows up.

  • Britt, the NP was thorough & listened well. Koodos, Britt. Thank youI waited 40 mins to get into an exam room. I waited another 18 mins to see Britt. UNACCEPTABLE.I wait a LONG time on hold to reach a receptionist ehen I call. I have a very difficult time making appts to see my dr. She has very few openings. Im forced to see a PA or NP. There is a real problem with scheduling and having my call answered in a timely fashion.I hope I never have a real emergency because Im afraid I would not get throughto my doctor.

  • answer all my questions

  • No one listens to what you tell them about how you feel.

  • I received Information and medication for a same day tick bite, and am scheduled to have a blood test to verify results 10 days later.

  • The staff and doctor was great no complaints here

  • I always have a great experience at Southcoast!

  • Britt took her time and went over everything in detail and listened to my concerns

  • Britt is a great diagnostician and was able to get my diverticulitis flare up taken care of promptly. This was a follow up visit. She had read all the notes and knew exactly where I was at. She's a good listener and addressed all my issues and concerns.

  • ... how to say this thinking, if you don't have anything nice to say --- but you sent a 2nd request so ... in the past, ALL my previous surveys Southcoast has been a solid 10, this time - a not-so-solid 6. I don't want to be a PIA patient, a squeeky wheel and I attribute some of this to Covid fatigue & staff shortages but this is our new normal and it is medical care rationing. My Dr. cancelled on me with no notice, no lab orders were placed, lab results were not reviewed even though some were abnormal, the NP who saw me instead kept me waiting in the exam room >30 min. She WAS professional, knowledgeable & attentive when she finally saw me and we made a plan for moving forward. I'm lucky that I'm mostly healthy & don't need a lot of hand holding because I suppose this is the level of medical care we have to get used to. I can say objectively & honestly after several years of history here, Southcoast is NOT what it used to be and if this was my first & only impression of this practice ... I think I'd be doctor shopping for a more competent experience.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
