  • Don't know how you improve on excellent, doctor [Name] and staff truly wonderful, PA Bridget who saw me my last office visit was absolutely sensational, sometimes you are there for the most embarrassing reasons and they make it a very comfortable environment very professional environment easy to talk about health care, true providers.

  • My visit was absolutely horrendous. I waited 45 minutes to see the provider. I could not understand a word she said and when I went to check out the receptionist was too busy, talking with other receptionists and pay no attention to me. I was extremely upset, I had to call the doctor directly and speak to him. The PA was horrendous. I will never go see her again and I will never deal with the receptionist again that I had to see. It was awful.

  • The LPN and RN staff were fantastic in their care, compassion and courtesy

  • Appointment was on time and thorough.

  • On time, good experience.

  • the best

  • Very pleasant and caring.

  • Bridget Route, PA listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. She explained the various options to address my problems and provided the information I needed to make the best choices. I feel like I received excellent care.

  • Technician should have explained to me, being a first time patient, what a bladder scan was for and why she was doing it. I was clueless. Had no idea. Went home and googled the procedure.

  • The young lady that we dealt with at the exit desk in this office was very snappy when I asked if we get a print out summary for this visit. I received a very snappy "NO". I then asked if a summary goes to My Chart. A curt "of course" was given. She needs to brush up on her people skills. Never heard this at any provider's check out or phone conversations at South Coast. This is why we stay with South Coast.

  • I have been very happy with the care I am receiving from this provider and her associates.

  • Bridget Royer was very informative and pleasant

  • I waited 15 minutes after my appointment to get called into a room and then, 35 minutes total before the provider came in to see me. Once she was in there, she was very attentive and answered all my questions appropriately and to my satisfaction.

  • Timely, courteous, informative, concern and care. Very ethical and professional but with a nice way about it..

  • This was my 1st visit with this PA and I was satisfied with the course of action and her knowledge. I'm looking forward to resolving my health issues.

  • Care and attention is consistent. It was my 10 [Name] for a procedure and very pleased. Everyone involved. [Name] [Name] [Name] everyone in the office Dr. Tiba. It was a perfect experience. It's a 12 week commitment that I have made and they have made everything pleasant and comfortable. And the procedure has worked. I'm very pleased. And I have recommended it to others. Thank you.

  • I was very pleased with the up I got.

  • These people as well as all the members of South coast don't get the credit they readily deserve, they are simply the best!!!

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
