  • My name is [Name] [Name] Dr. Sahni has been my my heart guy for a number years and he is the best. He is just not only just a wonderful doctor, he's he's respectful, he's kind, he's empathetic. Just I've I can't say enough good things about him. So I feel comfortable with him. He's knowledgeable. He's, like I was say, he is caring. And it's just it's a wonderful experience for me. I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Sahni.

  • Dr Sahni was very nice but I felt a bit rushed and that he didn't offer other options for managing my anxiety besides trying out a specific online course. I was referred to him due to non-specific changes in my ekg and didn't feel a lot of time was spent on that. He kind of just stated it was probably nothing and moved on. I should have spoke up and asked for him to give me more than he did but, like I said, I felt like he was in a rush to get to his next patient.

  • Everybody was very helpful with the doctor's office. I just did not care for Dr. Sahni, he wasn't very attentive to me. He hardly spent any time with me and I just I just didn't, he doesn't have very good personality. So I didn't care for him and I'm going to be trying to find another another doctor to replace him.

  • I think the doctor should have talked with me for more than 5 minutes. He didn't ask me how I was feeling or if I had any concerns

  • Registration was a joke .. three days of prep and still compilations Doctor was not to thorough. Speeded through the appointment..

  • Upon checking in, my demographics were not verified. [Name] only asked my name and DOB. I noticed the waiting room was changed around and when I asked her where the correct spot to sit in was, she called out "next patient ". Besides myself, who was still standing in front of her, there was only 1 patient in line. I moved over let that patient go to Victoria'a window and asked the other check in woman where to sit, at which point [Name] whipped around in her chair and yelled at me " I told you to go sit down ". That is highly unprofessional, and it seems she is the only one that I ever have a problem with. [Name] the Medical Assistant was most pleasant as was Dr. Sahni. They make a person feel very comfortable.

  • The doctor was about 45 minutes, late seeing me.

  • Dr. Sanhi and his staff are awesome. They are very caring. Dr. Sahni always answers my questions and addresses my concerns in ways that are easy to understand.

  • Doctor was 45 minutes late and seemed rushed. He changed prescriptions in a way that I had previously told him affected me adversely.

  • No improvement is needed. Every aspect of my visit was excellent. I have only praise for everyone who was involved with my visit.

  • I think the nursing staff was terrific and I think Dr. Sahni listen to all of my concerns. I guess my only feedback would be too discouraged the folks working behind the desks to discuss politics. I felt that was maybe a little uncomfortable. I know that they were doing your best. I know they're doing a hard job and I know they wanted to conversational with patients and I really like that but I think something like politics is a hot button issue and I think maybe it should be avoided and in all work places. But again, I have no complaints whatsoever with the care or the speed of check out or anything like that. It was great. It's just a bit of a suggestion.

  • The office was able to accommodate me as a new patient 3 days after my hospital stay. The provider ordered testing and front desk set everything up for me as well as giving me other contact information that I needed. I felt confident and comfortable with my visit.

  • The cardiologist followed up on health issues and ordered all tests to rule out causes. I felt that tests were ordered that ruled out many alternatives. My visits assisted in ruling out heart issues.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
