  • All was good

  • Doctor was 45 minutes late and seemed rushed. He changed prescriptions in a way that I had previously told him affected me adversely.

  • No improvement is needed. Every aspect of my visit was excellent. I have only praise for everyone who was involved with my visit.

  • From the beginning to end of my visit everyone was caring, as usual.

  • I think the nursing staff was terrific and I think Dr. Sahni listen to all of my concerns. I guess my only feedback would be too discouraged the folks working behind the desks to discuss politics. I felt that was maybe a little uncomfortable. I know that they were doing your best. I know they're doing a hard job and I know they wanted to conversational with patients and I really like that but I think something like politics is a hot button issue and I think maybe it should be avoided and in all work places. But again, I have no complaints whatsoever with the care or the speed of check out or anything like that. It was great. It's just a bit of a suggestion.

  • The Doctor and the staff are always great.

  • Dr. Sahni I and his staff are very friendly and I can ask any questions about what is going on with me. Great Dr. and staff.

  • The office was able to accommodate me as a new patient 3 days after my hospital stay. The provider ordered testing and front desk set everything up for me as well as giving me other contact information that I needed. I felt confident and comfortable with my visit.

  • Dr Sanhi is great! He listens and explains his course of action clearly and the results to expect. I always feel that my questions are answered and I leave feeling confident that he has my best interest in mind.

  • The cardiologist followed up on health issues and ordered all tests to rule out causes. I felt that tests were ordered that ruled out many alternatives. My visits assisted in ruling out heart issues.

  • My experience with [Name] and Dr. Sahni was very outstanding. My checkout was easy and productive in a short period of time. To improve my experience the check in could have been more attentive. The person had to multi-task during my check in process, This added time and I had to answer the same questions more than once. She had to scan my ID and insurance cards more than once. She was talking to another person about other issues and scanned one twice. If I was talking on my phone during the check in process, she would not be happy with me. It works both ways.

  • The doctors and staff at [Name] do a great job. I am very happy with the service, professionalism and the personal touch everyone from the front reception desk to the doctors and nurses treat me. Great people!

  • Did a professional job of diagnosing and remediating my atrial fibrillation with therapy (sleep study, C-Pap) and medication.

  • This is my first visit with Dr. Sahni and she seemed to totally understand what I needed in in my little journey with my heart and I was very impressed.

  • Take time. Ask more family history. Don't make patient feel like you are rushed

  • I was seen on time but did have to wait a bit once in the exam room

  • The waiting process was not long at all. The staff was extremely pleasant. During my visit, I thought I would have been sent for blood work, since I have not had my blood tested since very first visit to him 5 months ago. The next time I am scheduled to see Dr. Sani is in 4 more months! I am used to getting blood work every 4 months, given my medical history!

  • It was hard for us to know if all of our records were there for the Dr. but he seemed to be very well informed about our health needs.

  • Teleconference is good Uber circumstances but cannot replace in person always

  • I waied for over one hour to connect with the doctor. Then felt rushed by him.

  • He always takes time to talk to you. He never rushes you.

  • the technician doing the tests seemed very busy , but yet explained everything thoroughly and took his time to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during the 5 hours of testing .

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
