It was fine just the way it is

I don't know what more I could ask for. Don't even know what eles would make it better than it is. I respect trust my life with my Dr. I always recommend her . All my children (girls) have changed to her and love her she is a wonderful listener and I could nor ask for anything more. Neither does my daughters. They are so happy with her. 1st visit for them they called me and was so happy and fell so confident with thier care as I. GO DR SHI YOU GOT THIS CORRECT!

Giving me the time to discuss my concerns made me feel that we are a team. My health has taken a turn for the worse and I know it's my fault . But I was not made to feel that way. I was offered options for improvement and a reasonable time option to do just that.

She is the reason that I stay with the company.However, there are several things than I am unhappy about (like waiting for 4 months for an appointment for a colonoscopy and several emails and phone calls to remind me about my appointment, etc., etc., etc.),but Ann is always professional and friendly!

Everyone is very professional and pleasant. I never have to wait. I love Ann. She makes me feel comfortable and I can talk to her about anytthat may be going on. She remembers things from prior visits to bring up at a later date. The office experience all around is very nice. This office gets a 10!!!

Everyone from the front desk to the assistant reviewing my history and taking my vitals to the Nurse Practitioner, Ann Shih was professional and caring. They all went out of their way to make me feel my case was very important to them. I had not met Ms. Shih before, but was most impressed with her.

All involved seemed to realize that a smile, a sense of humor, a genuine interest in trying to help go a long way. Those qualities were all evident in this visit and should always be present. You probably don't hear it often, but I actually enjoyed this visit!

I love Anne. She is wonderful. She is always knowledgeable. I however, have had problems getting through the office and getting questions answered and taken care of because of your systems, which from what I understand, have been brought back locally and I hope that's true. I can not think of any Dr or staff that is at my side and shows how they really care about me as a real person. I don't know what to offer to streghthen the care concern the knowledge the bedside manner or really hearing me. And caring . I love respect and feel whole and secure with my Dr. This facility has the best staff too. I'm sorry I don't know how you could make this place any better. 100%so satisfied.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings. Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.
Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.
Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.
How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
