  • Excellent care

  • Everyone in this office is exceptional and have helped and continue to help me throughout this medical ordeal.

  • It is a good experience to go here. The support staff remember me, and help me find a quiet place to wait for the doctor (those loud waiting room TVs--which are proven in the psychological literature to be detrimental to people's mental well-being are particularly detrimental to those of us with neurological health problems). The doctor was very much on time, aware of the procedure goals, and gave the most relevant advice on departure (to ice the affected area). Just put the TV's muted with captions and I'd be happy to recommend the facility to anyone.

  • Southcoast is asking personal questions upon arrival in public places. I do not feel that southcoast values privacy, safety, health OR security.

  • Very thorough & comprehensive action plan.

  • I was seen in a timely fashion. Providers star was professional and caring. The provider was empathetic to my condition and optimistic.

  • I'm very pleased with my doctor

  • Its all good

  • A little more attention!

  • The provider didn't offer an alternative medicine for muscel relaxants. She also did not ask me about any latex allegies when given a prescription for injection. And if it want for my own research i wouldnt have known. Provider was helpful and looked for ways to improve my migraines.

  • prompt , efficient and painless

  • I appreciated the fact that I was seen immediately... and that the doctor was very very informative... relative to... what I was being seen for, in addition to suggesting some follow up with my primary care physician. I really had a wonderful visit with this physician. Very impressed, and and I was put at ease immediately when she walked in. I couldn't say enough good things about her.

  • I was called in within a few minutes before my appointment, really nice service, and the doctor was very nice and answered all of my questions

  • My only issues were that I had to wait 4 months to see the doctor and it seemed that the doctor knew very little about me and my history.I wasn't asked any important question about myself when I arrived.

  • It was difficult for me to understand all the the information. Talking slower might had helped but in the end it was fine.

  • Everyone in the office is always polite

  • Dr. Somerto was very thorough and she was a great listener.

  • Provider explained the reasons and answered my questions so that I could understand completely.

  • Well Explained no issues!

  • well organized for covid accomodations. took us on time. really like Dr Somerto. Always patient with my special needs son.

  • Great service and got rite in

  • There was nothing to improve very professional.

I just always have a good experience dealing with office and Dr. Somerto is very impressive the doctor. I'm happy to have her.

  • This was my first visit with dr. Somerto. Overall, I have nothing negative or positive to share. I am optimistic and hopeful that she will be able to help me. Dr. Somerto did a good job of creating an action / treatment plan that made sense to me. And I was able to trust that she believes me and is going to help me feel good again- even if we don't know what is going on yet, she had some new ideas and is willing to hear me out and give me a chance. I am grateful for that.

  • Provider and office staff ( [Name] outstanding 10 stars

  • This, being the first step to identifying my future needs, was what I expected and offered to connect me with a additional medical professional.

  • Dr Somerto is always a great listener

  • During the visit or during the telehealth meeting. It was it was good. It just it would be good to get something in writing something whether it's you know, just hard copies some feedback to summarize what was discussed during the meeting and what the what the future course of action is going to be that's that's pretty much what I was looking forward to is okay. We need you this and this and this and then having it reiterated in either an email or you know, some other methods that says, you know, these are the top 3 things will you know, this is the time line the things you do and you know, November 30th we can do this December 1st. You can do this as soon as possible you can do this. So just to kind of follow up and just having a time line afterwards would be real helpful.

  • Doctor was extremely knowledgeable and willing to understand and learn about complicated medical history surrounding reason for visit.

  • My wife came to this appointment and took all the notes needed. Dr. Somerto gave her a lot of time and answered every question she asked

  • Dr. Somerto is very thorough. She she read the MRI and Cat Scan results of my head and neck. She gave me information about that. She followed up with ordering an E-n-g for my legs. And she's very friendly, accurate, just good bed side manners. And I respect her professional skills.

  • I feel comfortable all the time when I have a appointment with doctor and I understand very well Is recommendations for my safety and better lthhealth +

  • Dr. Somerto was excellent. She was very professional she listened and seem genuinely concerned about me as a person. She made me feel relaxed and she explained things very clearly.

  • The doctor could've read up on my medical records z little more before my appointment. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and nice

  • Experience was fine.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
