Very helpful in explaining what artificial sweeteners cause and that they don't turn to sugar which is what I had heard. They cause you to crave sweets and you have to be aware of that.

Patricia Grindell always takes her time answering my questions thoroughly and completely. She is always on top of making sure I have enough medication.

The survey was fine, the nurse practitioner, Grindell, was wonderful. The receptionists were fabulous. The time frame was beautiful. However, these surveys that last 5 minutes are annoying, so if you shorten those, these wouldn't be that bad to do.

Check in and out staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady that brought me in the room and checked my BP and went over my meds. was very nice and friendly. I think her name was [Name]. As for Dr. Grindell, she is wonderful. She really cares and I have full trust in her as my Dr. Thank you ALL at South Coast for being a great team. I feel so lucky to have you all on my side.

Well Patricia always knows my history and is always willing to listen to any problems that I have. She is able to get me, the right kind of medicine that I need rather, than generic. She goes out of her way to fix that for me and help me with that. And I really appreciate being able to do a televisit, since I had just had some surgery and didn't really want to drive into Fall River as I live ways away. So they always go out of their way to help me and make my experience a positive one. And I appreciate that and I've been with them for a long time and Patricia stays up to date with everything that I need. And it's a great experience whenever I get a chance to talk to her and see her. Thank you very much for providing televisits.

Patricia grindell she is a excellent nurse practitioner she listens closely that's the key and she makes you feel comfortable however I've been going there a long time and I only seen Dr aisles once I think I should see him sometime in the last 10 years other than that she's great

As always, Patricia took her time with me, listened to me and answered my questions and concerns fully.I was late due to construction detours and not knowing the area well and she still allowed me to keep my appointment even though I'm sure it made her off schedule with other patients and still took her time with me. #1 in my opinion

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.
Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.
How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
