All are invited to join us for Hope Takes Flight, an annual fundraising event benefiting Southcoast Health Visiting Nurse Association’s Compassion Fund. Funds raised provide additional supportive care hours to hospice patients and their families who are facing financial hardships, allowing for patients to be cared for in the comfort of their own home.
