  • All things great and small

  • First time experience in this Tara was very good and full of information and she got the job done. Thank you.

  • Tara was knowledgeable and personable, would definitely recommend her!

  • This was my first appointment with Dr Bronson and she exceeded my expectations.

  • My experience has always been excellent. Dr Bronson is exceptional.

  • This is the first time a provider has EVER went down the line on my entire health history. I felt that she truly cared about my health. She didn't judge me for any choices that I've made and where I'm at now. I'm on a low fat diet because I had gallbladder surgery and would like to further discuss things with her and a nutritionist. I've juiced and have eaten lean for the past few years because of my gallbladder so now I have to take it to the next level. I have been working at this lifestyle change for a long time without anyone in the family knowing and I'm confident in my provider's ability to assist me in this journey.

  • Answered my question on MyChart with 30 min and I was able to make an appointment same day , waited just a few minutes to be seen. Amazing /quick visit

  • The nurse remembered me from talking with her on the phone so she already had the doctor up to speed. The doctor was wonderful and really listened to my concerns and and questions. She took the time to explain everything and was very thorough in our plan for treatment and further treatment if needed. Very pleased!

  • Everything was great

  • Yes overall issue is the wait time. I had to wait 45 minutes. Just just to get a shingles vaccine and it took three weeks even give the appointment. So that's really the biggest complaint that I have about that area is wait too long to see the medical staff.

  • This was my first visit with Tara Bronson NP. I have just switched from Lifespan. Tara was through and took her time to get all the information she needed. She is kind and pleasant. I left feeling that everything that could be done in this visit was attended too.Needed blood work and an x Ray and having a lab and imaging on the premises was great! The ancillary staff all did a great job of moving me through the system. I am very pleased with the care I received today.

  • I was extremely happy with the care I receivied from the moment I checked in till the time I left. I couldnt have asked for better care from everyone.

  • I reviewed what was written and two things stand out that I would like to correct.First I came from Albuquerque New Mexico, not Arizona.Second, my back pain is extreme and has gotten worse since my weight loss, not at all better. Thanks!

  • Everything and everyone very good. Thank you!

  • Very happy with Tara Bronson's care and professionalism

  • Overall everything was good. It was my first visit with this provider. The wait time was a bit long.

  • Tara Bronson was outstanding. She listened carefully to my problem and worked very hard to find a solution. It was superb care and I would recommend her to anyone

  • Professional, friendly and pleasant to be around the experts (of all areas to include the front desk). Thanks

  • Tara Bronson is a gem. Also really happy with the check in and nurse that prepped my chart. Overall……excellent!!

  • It was supposed to be a Tele Health visit, we had a bad connection ended up talking on the phone which was okay. I felt this person was not my personal doctor, I'm sure she tried her hardest, but I feel I was just renewing prescriptions, and there was no way for her to really assess my health on the phone. So for me, it really wasn't, it was a waste of time, because I knew what I needed, I was making appointment to see my own doctor, and it was just a formality, because she learned nothing about the medications that I needed other than what I told her. So thank you.

  • professional.

  • Listened and asked many questions to make sure we covered everything

  • She wasn't my normal provider. She didn't know my history which is understandable however she was going to change my medication and didn't even know my name

  • While I rate the provider high. I am now at the third experience with the front desk that is awful. This time I sat for 30 plus minutes for a second dose of a shingles shot. The sign says to go up if you are 15 minutes past your time so I felt it was ok. Another desk person jumped up to go in back and the woman who signed me in said oh I put you with someone who is off today as if somehow this is my issue. The woman who came to get me was mortified as she had no idea I was waiting and I assured her this was not her fault. This person has also done this to my husband twice - and usually blames the computer. It gags unnecessary stress and drama not even related to anything else .

  • Rooms were nice and clean and new and private too. Before your recent renovation in this building, you could hear conversations from the next room. So much for patient privacy!

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
