  • The whole appointment process seemed a little disorganized. Tara Bronson was my provider I saw twice then she was gone and had a telehealth check up with dr [Name] Then Tara was back (understand she was on a covid team) but when they called they kept saying I was a new patient for Tara. Couldn't seem to get through to anyone that I wasn't a new patient. But all was fine the day of the visit and Tara is great. Just a little concerned about the tracking system and no one seemed to know my history.

  • Caring capable and good listener.

  • From the minute I walked in everyone at the reception desk was were pleasant and helpful. My office visit was very well planned and addressed all of my questions and needs. My next appointments were scheduled efficiently.

  • Friendly and helpful

  • Everyone was coutious and efficient.

  • Tara Bronson, RNP, is my primary care provider, and who I visited for this appointment. She is wonderful She is caring, knowledgeable, patient and more. Please keep her as a part of the South Coast Medical system. I would've happy to follow her wherever she decides to practice. Thank you.[Name] [Name]

  • Was very impressed with Tara Bronson and feel I will be in good hands with her as my primary.

  • The visit was the best.

  • I was so happy Tara was back I always feel she gives me 110% of her attention and always listens.

  • Office front desk friendly and helpful

  • My whole experience from the time I arrive time. I left was nothing but exceptional. Tara is great reception was great. The nurse was great today all we're very attentive and explained everything if I answer the question wrong, I apologize, but they will all everything was exceptional. Thank you.

  • Tara is very kind, good listener and knowledgeable practitioner

  • Don't know what you could do better.

  • I just wanted to say that Tarau00A0Bronson is wonderful. I'm glad my I'm very happy with her being my new provider but on the other hand when I called that was when I was told that my provider of 20 something years was not coming back and I just think that they should have let people know a little bit sooner. I know that it's all new to everybody but just that I've been going there for so long and that I had not received any information or anything. So I just feel that we should have been notified sooner whether it be email, a letter or whatever, but I'm very happy with Tara so that will*

  • The hole visit from start to finish was excellent

  • Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided the information I needed and answered my questions clearly and concisely.

  • South coast was fantastic In every way possible I can't say enough good things about them I would recommend their services to anyone

  • Thanks for listening and taking time.

  • Overall made some progress but seems I asked more questions. Not liking the time frame between other appts either.

  • Again just another marvelous appointment with my PCP and staff.

  • I have been going there for five years and am always pleased. There is very little waiting, the staff is friendly and upbeat, questions or problems are dealt with efficiently, there is plenty of parking and the office is easy to get to.

  • Thoughtful caring conversation. Clear instructions.

  • Given the provider has never treated me or seen me in person, I was given the minimal treatment and if I needed further treatment was told I would have to go to a walk in for something my normal provider would have given me something preventatively. My opinion is telehealth is not optimal and your getting charged for half the care.

  • Tara was so very thorough and kind and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. She was very patient with my questions and I feel as though she truly listened to me.

  • first visit with new provider was very satisfied

  • I wish I could have seen my GP [Name] for my annual check up. My August appt. Was rescheduled to Oct. and then this was cancelled until late December. Not wanting to wait 5 months for my annual, I scheduled with Nurse practitioner who was able to see me within a few days of my previously scheduled appt. I am grateful I was able to see a professional but wish it could have been my GP [Name]

  • Outstanding Staff and Help

  • They are both knowledgeable and willing to learn

  • The SouthCoast Physicians and all staff at [Name] are visibly and actively a Team. Particularly on [Name], Nurse Practioner Tara was "spot on" with blood pressure and flu vaccine shot. She also took the time to answer a question and to explain certain info regarding Linsopril. She is a great addition to the professional team at that office in [Name].We did not hesitate to tell Dr Keigwin that we hoped that we wld see Tara in [Name] again.

  • Hi, I was extremely satisfied with the way Tara handled my situation. I would actually plan on asking for her as my caregiver who since this is the only time I would want to (INAUDIBLE) be my provider. I was that impressed with her. So that's my positive feedback. I got nothing negative to say.

  • The person I saw today ( not my regular doctor was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable... ( Tara). I felt it was a very good visit.

  • Tara did a great job of being patient centered and informed and took the time to go thru my medical record to ensure we had everything needed and up to date. Front office staff always goes above and beyond as well. The office is always inviting, neat and clean. They also took Covid-19 seriously as well and followed proper protocols.

  • Wait time on getting through to office is an issue. Phone calls are put on hold for quite some time.

  • The Provider who contacted my was courteous, thoughtful and offered me a solution to my medical issue.

  • I felt very appreciative that they were able to get me in the same day. They told me exactly what I needed to do and what to expect, so I was able to be prepared and comfortable with the visit. Everything was great and I was given clear instructions on how to treat my issue and it’s working. Thank you

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
