Due to an emergency that we're going through right now, they were very professional and helpful and took care of a lot of my worries. So I definitely appreciate everything they did.

She, the office had always called me back whenever I had a question, a concern. She always listens to me and that's the kind of doctor we all need for every organ of our body. She's very, very intuitive, very, not intuitive, very understanding and she focuses everything on me, which is something nice for us patients.
Everything went perfectly well
Provider has cut back her availability for appointments but still has too many patients needing their regular appointments. Her schedule has been over full for many years. She requests for us to return to see her in 3-4 months. Reception almost laughs.. as appointments are now booking 5-6 months out. She must have had a communication will scheduling & been informed
The Telehealth video via Epic worked quite well. Patricia Grindell is great and always takes time to listen to my concerns.

Dr Patricia Grindell is a wonderful doctor who listens attentively and takes the time to explain medication recommendations, side effects, etc. She is better than most docs by far!

If I had to answer any of those questions with a no, I would not be going to this provider. I have dealt with numerous medical office staff and experience both good and bad and now I know what I deserve.
