  • Dr. Jakhro is amazing. The entire team at Rosebrook is first class and always a pleasure. However. The incessant haranguing by SouthCoast to fill out these patient satisfaction surveys via multiple emails, texts, and phone calls are a bit much, and quite honesty - quite off-putting.

  • Thank you for the consultation. I have not heard from specialist yet.

  • Felt that he did not listen to what I was trying to tell him and felt rushed and herded through like cattle.

  • I did on occasions during my appointment with dr. Jakhro, find it difficult to understand him due to his accent.

  • Very pleased to meet Dr. Jakhro!Appointment a bit late.Otherwise, all good

  • Everything was fine.

  • Visit was efficient and friendly from check in to check out

  • Dr. Jakhro always meets all my needs. He's he's very attentive. He always sits and talks with me and asks me anything that I'm concerned about or any problems or so forth.

  • Appointment made that day fast and helpful and lab woman were awesome did not feel a thing which made me very happy

  • The Dr I met with ignored my concerns and repeatedly kept re reading the same script and over and over. When I addressed that wasn't my reason for the call and restated why I scheduled an appointment, they kept talking over me and re reading the same script. was then rushed off the phone after getting Solutions to 3 different problems that weren't mine.

  • My provider is usually very attentive to my needs and listens to me but on this visit I only had his attention half the time as he seemed to be preoccupied w something else

  • I like my Dr, he does well. I love the MyChart services. I "checked in" online prior to coming in, but the front desk people didn't seem to know that. They started asking me all the questions I had already answered online. Don't they know that I already checked in online? And then they found some other form I needed to fill out. Why wasn't I given an opportunity online to confirm my health contacts? Check out was very helpful as she told me I could make an appointment using MyChart to get my blood drawn for the tests.

  • Good visit.

  • Most of the time I am very satisfied

  • It was my first time with DR JAKRO and he was great , he was very nice and explained everything I needed to know . It was a pleasure to meet him .He seems like a very kind and caring doctor .

  • I felt the Dr was thorough and very compassionate.

  • Dr. Jakhro shows you your test results and explains them all to you. He asks your concerns and what issues you may have and how he can help!

  • In reviewing my appointment notes following the meeting, there were some discrepancies. I felt had to explain myself several times to express areas of concern.

  • Always ask about my concerns.

  • My doctor wasn't getting my feelings and health issues across

  • The provider was on time. I asked the provider about getting light headed and feeling like I might pass out but he did not address this issue at all

  • Check-in personnel are always courteous, checked current health status, etc.Nurses too, were always courteous, asked for any changes in health and medication.

  • I appreciate being explained to exactly what something means, (instead of a medical term thrown at me that I have to go to google for instead.). Dr. Jakhro was amazing and was my first time seeing him, very thorough and listened greatly, then provided me with next steps to take with my health. Thank you [Name] team.

  • Overall happy with my doctor and his support staff. Professional and caring!

  • My six month visit to Dr. Jakhro was a very positive experience in all regards. Dr. Jakhro was thorough in his explanations and also providing a detailed overview my current health and future steps in need to take. I also found him quite personable with a warm sense of humor.

  • Televisit was quick and simple. Doctor was prepared with my medical background and quickly addressed my needs.

  • Dr JAKRO HAS ALWAUS BEEN GREAT

  • Caring, and kind.

  • Everything went well.

  • need better signage at check in

  • There was much improvement between this visit and my previous one with the same provider. He listened more attentively, and gave better explanations for things he suggested, showing that he heard what I said.

  • They were very good.

  • Friendly, and explained things so I could understand.

  • Friendly staff. Efficient. Doctor listened to my concerns. Waiting area clean. No long waits to see doctor.

  • My experience was good

  • I love Dr. J! He listens asks lots of questions and patiently listens to all of my questions! And the ladies in the front and when you leave, always pleasant and happy to help

  • All people we're very helpful. I had to use a wheelchair due to an immobilizer for a broken patella. Most helpful assisting me to get from place to place.

  • what I like about [Name] is that from the minute you walk in, the people know you, they're like "Hello Mrs. [Name]." or "Hello [Name], how are you?" Fom the moment you walk in. And then when you go see the triage nurse, she's...they're all dolls there. And then you go see your doctor. Dr. Jakhro is the greatest. He's nice, but he'll get mad if you don't take, if you don't do your blood he'll tell "You need to have that blood test." And he'll tell you. But then when you do do you blood, and I had a good blood test, he was so happy for me. He put a little note in my record and everything, and when I saw him he was happy. He elbowed *

  • Everyone was kind, respectful and made me feel comfortable

  • Doctor had an open face shield with a surgical mask, was not covering his nose while he was conversing with me which then created airborne particles and possibility of Covid even though he has had a vaccine. I think that was inappropriate.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
