About Mark Perry

Dr. Perry completed his medical degree at Albany Medical College and his general surgery residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network, where he served as Chief Resident. He also completed a Fellowship in vascular surgery at the University of Vermont Medical Center. Previously, he completed an MBA in Health Care Administration at Union Graduate College and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Sociology at Union College.

Dr. Perry is a member of the American College of Surgery and the Society of Vascular Surgery.

His clinical interests include Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, fenestrated EVAR, carotid artery stenting and incorporating technology into medical practice.

I was told by Dr Perry that before I left, the receptionist would give me an appointment for a Follow up sonagram of my leg. When I asked for the appointment date I was told someone would contact me with a date. I'm still waiting for a date and my leg still throbs. Hopefully you may be able to help with this.

The doctor was very professional and very had a very nice personality and he. The doctor was very professional and he knew his business, like he knew about the questions that I asked him about what the service. And he also was had a very what we used to call a good bedside manner, but it was an office manner and he made you feel comfortable. And he was knowledgeable about what you needed to get done. And they made you feel confident that this was the right approach and then he was good about knowing to give you the all the information that you need to get what services you'll need after him. Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
