This visit was an initial get-to-know-youwith a new for me PCP because either the gov't or the insurance wouldn'tlet me continue with the good doctor who had been overseeing me for 25-30years. My resentment probably showed. Dr Zeller was also thorough withmy history; I feel I am in as good hands as is available.For a guy on a walker, there is a bad seam in the concrete at the base of the sloping in-ramp, nw corner of the building. Thanks for everything !

  • Within one hour , Dr. Zeller had diagnosed my source of pain, prescribed medication, sent a request for pt, I had x-rays of my wrists, and had my blood taken for tests. I felt very relieved that I had an answer and a plan. I felt very well taken care of.

  • Would be nice that the physician would know ahead of time your basic history when you have a schedule appointment and not make you feel like it is your first appointment having to repeat yourself all over again.The physician during a medical examination should not be allowed to bring in a another person into the room without prior telling the patient and giving him the option to accept or refuse...

  • I needed a tetanus shot after my physical exam and I was just waiting around for a bit and had to come out of the room and ask if anyone was going to do it. I think they forgot.

  • Dr. Zeller is always very responsive and helpful. She follows up immediately with questions on “my chart” for example. She is thorough, compassionate and makes every effort to resolve issues in a very timely manner.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Helpfulness of Clerks & Receptionists, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
