very clean office and restroom! great,informative and kind staff. also knowledgeable. well equipped with disposable items and equipment. up to date equipment and pamphlets on procedures etc.

The provider was caring and supportive and listened to what I had to say . She also asked many questions about my care plan and how my health was being addressed by my overall medical care as well as what specific things she has recommended for my condition and we discussed to implement and follow. Each visit this is re-visited to make sure it is working well and tolerable .

Provider needs to listen more to what has worked for the patient in the past and be willing to try things that have been helpful and that would actually improve the patients quality of life. Providers only want to do surgery or injections instead of actually managing chronic pain.

I had a 9:00 appointement,was not seen till 9:35. Intake nurse & Erin were very through.Staff seemed exstremly busy & overworked.Southcoast needs to hire more medical personnel,treat those employed better! They are the core of Souhcoast

Erin Murray N.P. was able to see me in a timely manner since [Name] was busy. She was extremely helpful going through my meds and making adjustments to them and everything that happened with my accident and what to expect going forward.

Courteous, friendly staff. Provider was knowledgeable, willing to listen, presented a variety of options, was supportive and professional. Have not been to Southcoast for awhile so records needed updating, still not sure they are totally correct in terms of meds, etc. Will continue to watch this.

My pain specialist truly listen to me today and listen to my concerns about my other medical conditions I have going on and took the time to discontinue medications that I no longer needed and or were no longer working and suggested that we try things a different way I have been dealing with this condition for over 7 years now she truly listened to me and took discontinued the medications that were no longer working.

First I must start with the young ladies at the front desk very politely and we'll mannered then the medical assistant that spoke to me in the room such a knowledgeable and selfless human being love this facility so much I always recommend people to use it wonderful experience every time but that's only when you listen and follow the doctors advice.

I am very, very happy with the care that I am receiving at Southcoast Pain Management. I feel that I am treated with respect, Erin Murray listened to me and explained things very clearly. The staff is also very kind and considerate. It always takes me by surprise when they ask if I would like a glass of water while I am waiting. I could not be happier and I have let many people know that.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.
Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.
How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
