  • You did everything right everything was fine there they asked the questions that made sure it was okay you know I was hurting they were very sympathetic towards me and he listening very very good I'm very happy with the place I'm not going anywhere else and I will definitely recommend Tuesday to anyone who asked for a place to go by [Name] how the doctors are and how nice they are and pleasant and how they listen to you and and the nurses nurse patricians everybody listens to you in the office it's a very nice place to be into it's very comfortable and very pleasant thank you

  • Erika was as thorough as she could be not knowing what's really bothering me how to express it, but she did order lab work, which I have just found out on my chart that it was in and she's followed through to have a couple of other tests performed. So I think she was very thorough and when we finished the other test, then we might have more answers to why I am feeling like I do and I will follow up afterwards on March 7th, unless I need to see Dr. [Name] before then. Okay. Thank you.

  • I could not get through to the office to make an appointment. After calling two times and being put on hold for 30 minutes before the call was dropped I sent a message to my doctor asking for an appointment. Also, when I was seen I waited in the room for over 20 mins waiting for the nurse practitioner. When she came she asked if a student could examine me and she left the room. I do not mind being examined by a student for learning purposes, however my time is valuable too. When the student was done the nurse returned to the room and asked the exact same questions. The student should examine while I wait or the nurse should stay in the room observing.

  • The NP was very diligent in reviewing my history and asking questions about my existing complaint. She was through in the examination of the problem area to be sure the prescription would help relive the pain. She reviewed past use of the medication to make sure it had been long enough between prescriptions.

  • This was my first visit to this practice as my primary care. Physician has retired. So Erika was my first experience in the practice along with the nurse who took my vitals, prior to personally took my vitals prior to did a very good job, and was very hospitalital , and it was appreciated. Erika. I thought was terrific, very thorough very caring, and I would go back in a heartbeat, and there's always preparations when you're making changes. Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
