  • Saw provider same day I need to and received treatment

  • The NP was very diligent in reviewing my history and asking questions about my existing complaint. She was through in the examination of the problem area to be sure the prescription would help relive the pain. She reviewed past use of the medication to make sure it had been long enough between prescriptions.

  • This was my first visit to this practice as my primary care. Physician has retired. So Erika was my first experience in the practice along with the nurse who took my vitals, prior to personally took my vitals prior to did a very good job, and was very hospitalital , and it was appreciated. Erika. I thought was terrific, very thorough very caring, and I would go back in a heartbeat, and there's always preparations when you're making changes. This helps to welcome me, when I see the doctor for the first time next month. Thank you. Bye. Bye.

  • got an appointment next day for ear ache. was examined and told what over the counter medicine to take. took the medicine and ear ache went away

  • Nurse assistant who greeted me and took my blood pressure was very sweet and personable. I also always have a good visit with the nurse practitioner

Along with, you know, sitting down with you, talking to you as a person almost like you're a friend. She just wants to take care of her patients. Erika Espindle, who is my nurse practitioner on this last visit. She is always knowledgeable, professional ... professional and just a class A provider. Just as is her doctors, so got nothing but high marks for the both of them. Always great medical professionals. Thank you.

  • Erika was awesome, and very helpful, and I even discussed the surgeries. I have had and how I'm going to have on the 9th the replacement knee surgery you guys excellent. I just love so coast, and I'm just I love my doctors and Erika are there really is a top notch, doctor. Very nice, and I want to say thank you to you all but everything you guys have done for us. Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
