We were able to come up with a compressive plan to move forward & made an appointment with a recommended surgeon to assist with the removal of my Medtronic device. The reception & booking staff was absolutely amazing. Very satisfied with my visit, I received a call early in the morning informing me that the Dr. was ill and had to do the visit by telephone, during my visit, he was well informed of my condition and gave me all the answers I needed for a healthy recovery and let me know the next steps before my upcoming visit with my specialist and prescribed what I needed for my pain,I am very pleased with my visit, thank you.

very busy practice which i understand completely given the nature of the problems treated. I really have no complaints since a plan to diagnose my condition was articulated to me and a pain medication prescribed.

Friendly and professional PA
Check in was quick. The wait time to see the provider needs attention. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to be called in. If I was 20 minutes late I would have had to reschedule. My time is important too. There wasn't even an I'm sorry I'm running behind or a heads up at check in.
