Everything was explained in away i could understand
It was my first visit with this provider and she provided excellent service.
Office staff was very attentive to my needs for an appointment that day because of my medical issue. the PA listened to my concerns and explained the new course of action with a follow up should my issue not correct itself.
Dr Shannon was terrific. She listened and answers all of my questions. Explained what needs to be done and will inform me after the procedure.
Support staff kind and respectful. Nurse practitioner was informative, actually listened, and made a plan for future care. Good visit.

I was initially upset because of a 2 1/2 month wait. I called up 6 weeks after I made the appointment stating further issues. Thankfully there was a cancellation. The ladies who run the office were awesome. They immediately went to work scheduling tests and colonoscopy. The nurse practitioner, Shannon Ferreira, listened and came up with a game plan. Kudos to everyone

This was my 1st time seeing this provider, NP. I usually see [Name] [Name] She rad up on my visit before she entered. She took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable with her and her suggestions.
It was easy and hassle free from check-in to check-out. Shannon and the office staff are always pleasant.
The office visit was perfectly fine. However, when I was in the hospital there was a lack of communication around my GI issues and to have to wait for an in office appointment was ludicrous. And I learned nothing new!
This is a busy office. I was pre-seen, to answer the usual pre Dr. Questions then I went back to the waiting room, and soon after saw Shannon. That saves time.
