Prompt professional and courteous
Shannon is always very attentive as a provider and listens to you. Its always a plus when you feel heard during your appts. Front end pars were excellent as was the MA [Name]
I am very satisfied at this office and the nurse practitioner Shannon is knowledgeable and very kind. I am happy with the treatment I receive from the NP and staff.

Questions were explained in terms that made me comfortable. And was told things o should have known but didn't before. Which I appreciate…
I loved that I was able to go directly downstairs to have blood drawn. That process was also quick and easy. This was my first visit with this Dr. and I didn't love that the Dr. wore a mask. It's awkward when you can't see a face, but since it's flu season, I won't let it impact my opinion of her. Parking in the front is a bit rough, I'll try the back next time. Overall, I'm very happy with this location and Southcoast Health in general.
Everything went well, I can't thing of anything that would have approved my experience.
From check in to check out the entire process was quick and smooth. I checked in, sat for a minute, was called in. I spoke with the nurse, voiced my concerns. Then, NP Shannon came in and we had a good discussion of why I was in, what's been happening and she checked my stomach. She identified next steps I could take to identify what could be causing my problems.
On time, efficient office visit
More availability would be nice but overall my doctor and staff have always treated me with respect.

Me ayudó mucho cuando me dijo que tomara la píldora por la noche porque por la noche, el reflejo ácido era muy malo cuando me levantaba por la mañana. Era muy doloroso. Tomar la píldora por la noche me ayudó. Así que hoy la he llamado para contárselo.
