Phil is always very thoughtful.
This was my first time seeing Phil, but he was very knowledgeable
He was wonderful. I felt he really listened to me and offered solutions for my vertigo.Follow up also if I wasn't better in a certain time period and would suggest physical therapy. He really looked at my chart carefully and reviewed my medical history with me first.
You were on time and gave me an appmt. on the day I requested it.
Results of tests were timely and information on what I was experiencing was thoroughly explained.

This was a sick visit i called was seen same day. I am a southcoast patient but work at different medical facility I would never leave southcoast usually seen in a timely fashion I absolutely love southcoast and the physicians. Also visits are always on time tgat makes a big difference when you have to go back to work that day.
Grateful I could be seen on such short notice and provided with treatment for my pain and given further options of treatment if the pain does not subside. Thank you
Everyone was extremely courteous and very professional! I had no complaints whatsoever. And Phil the nurse practitioner was phenomenal. I'm actually trying to convince my wife to leave Hawthorne, which has been terrible, and come over to Southcoast! Thank you for all you do and God bless!
Excellent listener. Phil makes me feel welcomed and assured that he is caring for me in the most efficient manner. He asks all the necessary questions and takes care of my needs appropriately. He is very receptive and I feel confident with his decisions and diagnosis. I hope the meds he prescribed do the trick and I will be on the mend quickly.

Provider properly diagnosed my issue and gave instructions however I think more information should be provided when prescribing medication. I was prescribed an antibiotic and told to take OTC for symptoms. It would be helpful if I were told which specific OTC medications to take along with antibiotic to address sinus pressure, headache. I had to consult pharmacist for advice on OTC.
