I am a new patient with dr. Pelliter. Her really listens.
The NP and staff were very professional and kind.
I arrived early and they took me early, which I love. As its a new Primary Care Physician, I had a list of things to address and he answered all of them.
Friendly, polite, professional. Listened and offered suggestions for improvements.

The NP was ok.. I'm a new patient so this was my first interaction. The checkout lady was rude. She was typing away and did not even acknowledge my existence for a good 4 minutes while I waited for her. [Name] and [Name] at the blood center saved your ratings. They were efficient, fantastic and great to deal with.

Philip was easy to talk to, listened and had a sense of humor. I left my last PCP because she was extremely unapproachable and not easy to talk to. I always felt uncomfortable. While it has been since I was 12 that I had a male PCP I think I made the right decision
