I visited the facility with UTI symptoms and notified the receptionist at check-in that I needed to use the restroom urgently. Almost immediately after sitting down in the waiting room, an aide called me in to collect a urine sample, allowing me to feel more at ease.

Yes, [Name] [Name] I saw Melanie for the first time. She was very nice, very thorough. She ordered x-rays. She called me back in the afternoon and explained my x-rays to me and she gave me great quality care. And thank you.

This doctor's 'suite' sets and exemplifies a gold standard for care and communication, from top to bottom! In my experience, there has never been a disturbing 'hiccup' in that standard of care in all the years I've been Dr. [Name] patient. Despite the power of technology, this staff is completely patient oriented in recording past and present medical history, while genuinely concerned about addressing new patient health concerns.
I am totally fine and satisfied with the timeline when I called for the appointment and professional support of my care I am also very happy with the nurse [Name] who took and gave me the appointment the next day ALL of the doctors and professionals are really wonderful I Will be there until God takes me home thank you
Melanie is one of the best providers in the Truesdale Building shes super helpful and i only ask for her for my visits

Yes, they do everything. They take care of me very well. If I need to see them, they put me in right away. They're great. The whole crew is great, from nurses to the doctors to the other nurses, you know, that helps the doctors and whatnot. They're all very good there. I've been going to them for a long time and they make me happy when I leave. And thank you very much for that.
Waited in the exam room for a long time. Provider said it was because she had to read my recent hospitalization records. Not sure why my surgeon insisted that I have this appointment with my primary care- I did not get anything of value out of it.

I had a bad fall that affected side of breast and bottom of foot and was given appointment quickly to see Melanie NP who is always alert, knowledgeable and pleasant. I had same treatment at Radiology and wonderfully polite knowledgeable office reps.
I was satisfied that they took me on the day I called. And helped me with what I needed.

My time at the facility was great. My experience was great. From the second I was called in, the provider that was helping me, that took my weight, she was pleasant to speak to, as well as the practitioner, Melanie, nurse practitioner. She was great. She was very attentive. paid attention to my concerns, made some suggestions. And even the following day, she followed up with me regarding what my, what the test had, what the result was on the test, which was great. So now we currently have a goal. we're working on, and I will give our response by tomorrow.
She seemed very interested in my problem and offered a first step in trying to solving the problem.
