From surgery to follow up my health and comfort were given top priority.
He listened to me.He asked questions and listened to my answers .He took his time to be sure he understood what I was saying.I am so grateful to have a second opinion.

1st time seeing this professional, very pleased with the visit.
This was my first visit, not much was done at this time need to get test done before having any discussion about what is wrong and or treatment at this time. Dr was very polite and listened to all my complaints. I am hoping that this care will continue once testing is completed.
Matt is just the best! Discussed everything we wanted to talk about, very knowledgeable about everything and we never felt pressed for time.This was follow up for major surgery and he made me very comfortable about my progress in healing.

Matthew was excellent at explaining what my MRI was showing and explained the options and suggested a process to follow to get answers to why I have been experiencing pain & numbness.
The check in desk is a little slow, but once you are called in everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and very quick to help.
Matthew really listens to what you are saying and he really wants to make sure that we are on the same page with what I was telling him. He is a valuable member of the Southcoast team.

Dr.Mat was professional, caring, and took time to listen about all of my what was my pain and everything else that added to my life. He was what most Doctors could learn from. It was a pleasure to have Dr. Mat as my PA.
There is nothing that I can think of to improve on. Everything was fine. Everyone was very nice & friendly. I highly recommend this doctor & his office.

Had an issue at registration. Found the clerk somewhat rude. When I addressed her, she said speak to my supervisor. She started talking about me to her coworkers when I was clearly in earshot.Has never happened to me before.Went to the next clerk who could not have been nicer.

It was a very easy conversation and I felt comfortable chatting with the doctor and the intern. I thought the appointment would include a little more, but I will follow,the advise given and see how it goes
They asked me what was problem me and they were very knowledgeable about answering my questions and I was very happy with their answers

Matthew, Vigilante TA é absolutamente maravilhoso. É conhecedor, é simpático, é paciente e preocupa-se muito, muito com os doentes. A sua equipa também é maravilhosa.
