About Mary Grace Chadwick NP
Mary Grace Chadwick, NP earned her Associate of Science degree in nursing from Quincy College in Quincy, Massachusetts. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois before continuing her education and receiving her Master of Science in Nursing – Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts.
The opportunity to educate patients is what inspired her to become a nurse practitioner. Through her role she can communicate effectively with them, ensuring that they understand all aspects of their healthcare. Mary believes in fostering a trusting and empowering relationship with her patients and providing individualized care as she understands that each patient’s healthcare needs are unique.
Being a part of Southcoast Health empowers her to ensure that everyone in the community, including herself, has fair access to healthcare, the freedom to make decisions about their health, and the dignity and respect they deserve.
When not at work, Mary enjoys DIY projects, crafting, and spending time with her family.

The whole experience was very pleasant for me. It didn't take me long after I got there before my name was called. Mary was very personable and attentive. I would give it a 10, the whole visit. Mary has done more than any provider to know my history, to make sure I understand what's going on. She's never, ever makes me feel rushed. Even when I feel like we're taking a long time, she never makes me feel rushed. She knows what's going on. She's just a great provider.
This is my first time seeing Mary and I have to say that it was a great experience. She was kind, caring, knowledgeable, and really made me feel heard. I truly feel that my care is in the best hands and I'm grateful to have her as my physician.

Mary Chadwick spoke to me about my health concerns in an easy way for me to understand. I learned for the first time I had soft fiber neuropathy. Mary is excellent.

My visit was to discuss an amb eeg test I had a month ago. I was told by the np that my dr. was on vacation for a month and the tests results are sealed. So a 2 month wait for test results. Not a happy patient.

This was my first visit with Mary Chadwick NP and she was phenomenal. She went over my history in great detail and explained my current test results in a way that I could understand. She gave me a game plan on how to get me back to normal. Even though the appointment didn't go as I hoped(being cleared to go back to work) she acknowledged my concerns and said let's get you healthy and we will worry about work later.
