Mary Chadwick was very attentive and very qualified, and we're always happy to talk with her. The problem we have is that the appointments are very far apart, and there's often lack of communication between one meeting and the other meeting. So we're never quite sure if we're going to actually speak with her or not. Consistency with the appointments would be much more appreciated. Thank you.
