Katie reviewed my medical background and past history as it related to this visit and explained next steps. When sending a prescription order into the pharmacy she checked what my insurance company would cover and chose an option that had a zero co-pay and the best/fastest option for an x-ray. She responded quickly to me when my test results came in. She was very good as is everyone else in that practice.

Katie was excellent.
Katie was very thorough and asked many questions which allowed her to narrow down what her treatment options were and even ordered a Xray to make sure there were no serious issues with my lungs. The results of my visit and follow up Xray were very timely communicated to me and so was the prescription she ordered. I felt very comfortable with her attention and care and felt that this would and has aided in my progressing through my illness.
The doctor was easy to talk to because she listened . I felt comfortable telling her things . I would like to see this doctor again in the future.

Everything was great. Except the parking lot. Lots of snow. Difficult to park. Least of my worries.

This was my first visit with Katie C. Very impressed by her knowledge of my PMH, she rechecked my BP because my first reading was high. Each and Every provider from the intake person to the exit desk person and the medical professionals in between seemed interested in me & my case and seeing to it that I was the focus of their attention while I was with them. I, in turn hope they felt the same respect from me.
I have been requesting a new primary care doctor for several years and to no avail. I'd like a female doctor and I do like Katie, but she is not a primary care physician. So I would give a low rating for that reason.
