Throughout the planned approach of Dr. [Name] [Name] [Name] retirement, we were well informed about his planned retirement and kept updated throughout the transition process. My wife had previously seen Dr. Parameswaran and was very pleased, which solidified our decision to choose her as our new primary care provider. My recent visit to the office to meet my new primary care physician, Dr. Jayanthi Parameswaran, MD, was a positive experience. This was my first appointment with Dr. Parameswaran, and I found her to be both patient and understanding. She thoroughly reviewed my health history, asked insightful questions, and addressed concerns about past trends in my health parameters. Her balanced approach and attention to detail were reassuring. Parameswaran ordered a comprehensive set of laboratory tests to assess my current health status, which demonstrated her commitment to thorough and proactive care. This was my first appointment with Dr. PARAMESWARAN as a primary physician. I was pleasantly greeted and surprised at the amount of time she took with me to know everything about my lifestyle, family, eating/health habits, etc. Then she took an extraordinary amount of time perusing my lengthy medical records and make some predictions about what she may wish to change in the future. Before I left, we made appointments for new blood tests, a three month check-in, a physical, and she highly suggested I end the visit with a pneumonia vaccine. This was a truly holistic health experience. I felt extremely well cared for.
Dr Parameswaran always makes it easy to discuss issues and she is always well informed of all of my specialists findings.
I have seen Dr. P for many years and she answers all of my questions and provides insight/ recommendations regarding my health and well being. I would recommend her to anyone.

I would tell my friends/family to come to this provider or other PCPs in Southcoast but there are no PCPs open to taking new patients, that is why I send them elsewhere. Dr. Parameswaran is amazing and deserves many accolades (or a big huge raise). Southcoast cannot survive without her.
The staff is always absolutely wonderful. At the front desk. A girl [Name] has gone above and beyond more than once for me she is absolutely amazing. Dr. Parmesawani is most caring passionate and thoughtful doctor I've ever had.45 minutes each way because I know how well they will treat me.

Hello, I was greeted at the reception with a smile and I had just a little wait and then I met Dr. Parmeswaran and she was very insightful to my health and my problems and she motivated me to, she was taking care of the medical but I needed to take care of my emotional and my physical so I joined a gym and I'm out meeting people instead of hibernating and I can't say enough about Dr. Parmeswaran. Keep doing what you are doing
Dr. Parameswaren is a unique PCP who is extremely thorough and transparent and addresses all concerns on the spot- above and beyond. She dictates her notes as you go throughout the visit and has you look at and confirm the communication as you go ensuring understanding of recommendations AND that she has really understood info given to her by me!!! The office staff are exceptionally polite and efficient. On repeated occasions I've been able to flow from my appointment to the lab and out within minutes. Best care on the Island.
Dr P and check in and check out staff are wonderful people to work with. We are multi-generational patients with her and can't imagine having another provider.

We covered a lot of ground in this visit with the outcome being a definite plan addressing aging needs (e.g. fall prevention, weight loss, referral needs).

I chose the earliest spot of the day so timeliness was not so much of an issue with this provider as it can be. The front office staff are not always entirely friendly, however. The PCP, who I have had for many years, is on point for the most part re: my health and does try to touch upon all of my concerns.

The Dr was thorough and spent time researching my past medical history. This was my first visit with her. My two previous primary care providers had either retired or left the area.
