Doctor P is great and very informative about my health.
The office is very good at finding someone to answer your question. They won't just let you say she's not there. They dig, and I appreciate that. There's not as much follow-up as I would like because sometimes I have to keep calling for some other little detail that they missed, and it takes a long time to get to the right person.
Always a great visit with her and her staff.

Front office and nurses always very nice and helpful. I have had Dr. Parameswaran as a primary for several years and she knows me so well, very knowledgable, and all-around a wonderful doc. She is the reason why I will drive two hours sinced I moved to still see her.

Dr Parameswaran and her nurse continue to be excellent. This is what primary care should be. She was knowledgeable re: my current health status and listened to my concerns. her recommendations were tailored to me and emphasizing quality of life. I am an active participant with her in planning my ongoing health. Her recommendations are practical as well and she modifies my meds as needed. Southcoast is extremely lucky to have her. The office staff were professional and outgoing with a smile. The Middletown office is excellent.
You've done well by having Dr. Parameshwaran as part of South Coast because she is the very best doctor on Acrudnik Island and possibly in the whole state.

I waited for 42 minutes in the waiting room watching others come in, check in, be seen and depart before I was called in. Once in examination room waited another 15 minutes.
Dr P is by far the best, most thorough, most invested, best listener, intelligent and thoughtful Internist I could ever hope for. She has been my doctor for over 30 years and I have had the best care from her!

Dr P is the absolute BEST GP I (And my wife) have ever had. She's technically very strong (not all Dr's are). She can explain even the most complex concepts in simple to understand language. She treats you like a true client. Vs Dr's that treat you like they're doing you a favor. I only wish everyone universally could experience her level of patient care.

This is a very well run practice. The office is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Parmeswaran is the best example of what primary care should be.You may want to coordinate physician instructions more directly to the checkout team, but that is a very small issue. Overall… This practice is doing it right.

Hi, I moved to Massachusetts from Massachusetts in 2022. My provider had left. My only issue is I was on the waiting list for probably a little more than 18 months, calling every month before I got an appointment. When I went to see the provider, she was amazing. I was absolutely pleasantly surprised with how wonderful she is. She listened, she talked, she was awesome. Like I said, I'm very happy about that and she took care of my immediate needs. So kudos to Dr. Parmarasawan. Thank you.
