The visit was extremely quick. Not sure how it can be classified as a medical visit. Didn't ask about any side effects, goals, overall health plan.

I already knew what I needed to discuss. The provider listened and gave me some feedback. I did have a long wait for an appointment. I had one appointment in October in Hyannis and then this one. It seems difficult to get appointments. It might not be a bad idea to offer telehealth, except for the weight measurement.

My appointments was made in timely manner. The office wait time was very short, the Dr was very informative. We talked about my weight loss plan and how in the future what goals I need to be aware of.

Waited 15 minutes for the Dr..

I had a telehealth appointment. Which I love because my provider can see me just like in person. She knows my medical history & really cares about my Weightloss progress. She was impressed with how much I have changed on my food diet. That made me feel good. I absolutely love Southcoast.

The the appointment was appropriate and applicable to my health status. Medication has changed and the next appointment will be telehealth. I am well satisfied.

The wait time at 9am was already 45 minutes late.

My only complaint is scheduling. Both times I've had to reschedule an appointment I was offered 2 choices: either the same provider but months out or a different provider but sooner. I'm thankful the providers all work together but consistency is nice too

I cannot say enough good things about Crystal. She's efficient and knowledgeable and always works with my needs.

She reviewed my meals what I ate in a m and lunch then explained the importance of me eating more protein and gave some examples band portion sizes I should be eating
