This was my first time with this provider, so I was a bit hesitant. She asked many questions, then a thorough physical assessment, explaining everything along the way. She promptly called me when all my results were available and discussed a plan of care along with me. She answered all my questions and concerns before the call ended. Quite a wonderful provider in a wonderful office!!

My experience with the support staff at this office has been great in the past and continued during my recent visit. They are always very courteous. Anne Shih is great. I appreciate that this office doesn't overbook or schedule multiple patients at the same time. I am not sitting in the waiting room potentially be exposed to sick patients. Appointments are not rushed and any concerns or questions I may have are sincerely addressed and not dismissed.

Listening to all my complaints and really cares about me. Offers different ideas to me to ponder . Keeps a close distance eye to eye to talk that makes me feel safe and heard. Makes an understanding to me that my problems are not just me being old but wants me mentally aware of me being healthy and to keep it up. She make me feel healthy and that someone really cares about me. Been here for yrs I don't know how I will ever survive if she leaves.
