Listens well and very compassionate
Everyone was very polite and courteous. I did not feel rushed at all and all my questions were answered. I was also very happy that the dr showed me my mri so I understood much better

We were able to come up with a compressive plan to move forward & made an appointment with a recommended surgeon to assist with the removal of my Medtronic device. The reception & booking staff was absolutely amazing. They were able to secure me an appointment the following week of rather than in August: I am extremely grateful for the kindness & skills of the entire staff. Thank you

Very satisfied with my visit, I received a call early in the morning informing me that the Dr. was ill and had to do the visit by telephone, during my visit, he was well informed of my condition and gave me all the answers I needed for a healthy recovery and let me know the next steps before my upcoming visit with my specialist and prescribed what I needed for my pain,I am very pleased with my visit, thank you.

O consultório é muito concorrido, o que compreendo perfeitamente, dada a natureza dos problemas tratados. Não tenho queixas desde que me foi articulado um plano para diagnosticar o meu problema e me foi receitado um medicamento para as dores.
Tudo nesta visita foi perfeito. Não me consigo lembrar de nada que pudesse ter sido feito melhor.
Assistente pessoal amigável e profissional
O check-in foi rápido. O tempo de espera para ver o provedor precisa de atenção. Esperei 20 minutos após a hora da minha marcação para ser chamado. Se me tivesse atrasado 20 minutos, teria de voltar a marcar a consulta. O meu tempo também é importante. Nem sequer houve um "desculpem, estou a ficar para trás" ou um aviso no check-in.
O Aaron foi profissional e informativo. Chegámos a um bom plano.
