Kevin Melnick MD

Dr. Melnick took the time to discuss results/options and the appointment was not rushed. You could see that he cares for his patients. As someone who is apprehensive with doctors, Dr. Melnick made me feel at ease.

The doctor explained everything. He took his time to explain everything I understood. He ordered tests to find out what I have, but the wait was about an hour. I waited about an hour for the doctor. My appointment was at 10:40, and I didn't get in until about 11:40. That was it. A very long wait.

Dr. Melnick gave me advice and medication, prescribed medication that was helpful and I actually improved. And so obviously, you know, not improved completely but significantly a lot. So that was nice and also everybody in the office is very pleasant. I was skeptical but now I can appreciate how much they helped me.

For some reason, my appointment was at 2:20 PM. I was there for 2 PM. I did not get seen until 3:25 PM. I kind of think that is unacceptable.

The Dr was amazing as was everyone in the office. Per usual it takes a long time to get an appointment to see a specialist and they seemed a bit backed up but we're handling it well and took the time to make me feel like my concerns and health were being addressed fully. It's just too bad what is happening with healthcare in this country today. For both us the patients and the providers by which I mean the doctors, nurses, and all support staff.

Everything went smoothly so I don't have any thoughts about improving my experience. I met with Dr. Melnick and was so impressed by his personal and professional demeanor. I liked how he used his phone visuals to help me understand my medical condition.

Professional excellent communications

Dr Milnick took his time and explained options for my hydrocele to me. I'm sure he had a lot to do, but at no point did I feel like he was rushing me or rushing to get to the next patient.

Wait to see the provider was a little long. Also no vitals were taken by the MA which has never happened before.

Wait time to be seen was almost an hour beyond appointment. The Dr. apologized. The Dr.was good and explained things beyond my expectations.
