For some reason, my appointment was at 2:20 PM. I was there for 2 PM. I did not get seen until 3:25 PM. I kind of think that is unacceptable.
I was very comfortable to put my health in Dr melnicks hands. He's very knowledgeable and personable and makes everything very clear.

The Dr was amazing as was everyone in the office. Per usual it takes a long time to get an appointment to see a specialist and they seemed a bit backed up but we're handling it well and took the time to make me feel like my concerns and health were being addressed fully. It's just too bad what is happening with healthcare in this country today. For both us the patients and the providers by which I mean the doctors, nurses, and all support staff.
Everything went smoothly so I don't have any thoughts about improving my experience. I met with Dr. Melnick and was so impressed by his personal and professional demeanor. I liked how he used his phone visuals to help me understand my medical condition.
Professional excellent communications
Dr Milnick took his time and explained options for my hydrocele to me. I'm sure he had a lot to do, but at no point did I feel like he was rushing me or rushing to get to the next patient.
First time with them and they were very helpful.
Dr Melnick was very kind. Explained everything about the cystoscopy and let me view the screen as he was performing the examination. His "bedside" manner is exceptional.

Wonderful doctor! Took the time to listen to me. Was not happy with the long wait…around 45 minutes to be seen. First visit, so hopefully this is not the norm. But great office. PS…there should be required silencing of phones in the waiting area.

Wait to see the provider was a little long. Also no vitals were taken by the MA which has never happened before.
Wait time to be seen was almost an hour beyond appointment. The Dr. apologized. The Dr.was good and explained things beyond my expectations.
I was able to check in efficiently and was called only a few minutes past my scheduled appointment time.
