Katherine Benevides is the absolute BEST primary care provider I have ever had. I am 65, so I have plenty of experience. She is so knowledgeable and explains everything and always asks if I have any questions or concerns. Doctors could learn a thing or two from her.
I was able to get the appointment quickly with my pc. I am thankful for that. I was also thankful that I was able to connect with my pc from home as I was in a tremendous amount of pain and it would have been difficult to go onto the office. This is a convenient option.
All staff was friendly and courteous. KATHY B RNP was wonderful as always. She goes over all my Dx and discusses if the treatment is still appropriate. She discusses all meds and verifies I take them a/o. She is fantastic as always.

PCP saw me in a timely manner, listened well , always compassionate/concerned which means a lot. She addressed multiple interrelated medical issues thoughtfully considering my input to treatment planning/ goals. Given all the often unrealistic demands on Primary Care providers these days, she did an outstanding job.

Kathy Benevides, it was the first time I met her today and I was very pleased with her. She was very thorough and explained things to me in terms I guess that were easy to understand, even demonstrated some exercises that I should be doing. So I would definitely see her again if I could. The only thing, she's out of the Swansea office and I usually go to Fall River, but she was an excellent nurse practitioner. Thank you.

Kathy Benevides is the best. She is always informed about your personal needs and always give you the time you need. I can say enough great things about her.The answer system that's in place needs a complete revamp. You should be able to call the office directly and not go through an answering system.
Kathy has been taking care of me for over 2 decades. She is always caring and excellent in helping me navigate and continue to strive for good health. The only frustration I have is I am unable to see her for a sick visit. I have had to go to urgent care instead. This is a HUGE change over the past 2 years and disappointing.
