Wait times are unacceptable although I understand it happens that the provider falls behind schedule.

I called early in the morning and they gave me an appointment within an hour and a half from my call time to see Cathy Benavides and as always she is one of the best assets to Swansea Medical and always has been.
just a long wait for provider.. so appts should be more staggered. i wanted 45 min in room for provider
Cathy Benevides is totally awesome. However her assistant that was calling in patients on this day should be required to take a course of dealing with patients. Young, attitude people do not belong dealing with sick patients.

Wait time is too long
Kathy was amazing, really, really and truly amazing. It's just it was such a long wait because they were so busy that day, so I had to wait like an hour before I got to see her. So that I was unhappy with, but other than that, they're an amazing group, and I go see them at any given time. Thank you.

The doctors & staff at Southcoast in Swansea are excellent. However, scheduling is a nightmare. They seem to have been understaffed since the pandemic. And getting an appointment to see my PCP can be an absolute gong show.
I am post surgical patient. I explained everything that is going on with all my recovery concerns. She is a pure joy to speak to, caring, concerned and I felt very confident being under her supervision. She is a true asset to your physicians group.
The providers and lab technicians that I dealt with paid attention to what I had to say and we're very tentative. I am very satisfied with the care that I received. Thank you

Maybe allow provider with more time per patient for an unrushed visit. Especially an annual well visit.

Everythijng went well a suggestion about blood pressure check is that at end of day after 5 mts -10 mts of rest check Bp if abnormal has pt bring 3 daily readings of morning mid day and evening also for a few days and then suggest dietary or other changes Thankyou

Katherine Benevedes has been my provider 38 years and she is the best!! She takes her time and asks all the questions and answers all my questions. The staff are always very kind at the front desk as well as assistance that come in to take your blood pressure, etc..
Everyone was polite and professional. Kathy listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. She also gave me a printout with things to follow that would help me and put in a referral for a specialist.

Experience was great with Kathy Benevides but making an appointment for the next year is difficult. I received an appointment for 15 months later for my next yearly physical!

Everytime I've been seen its always in a timely manner. El personal es muy amable y servicial siempre te saludan con una sonrisa. Kathleen Benavides es increíble ella escucha y es muy atento a mis necesidades siempre. Ella explica todo throughly. Nunca me siento apurado cuando estoy siendo visto por Kathleen Benavides.
Mi médico de cabecera se jubila y no hay proveedores que acepten nuevos pacientes. He cambiado a un NP que tampoco está lejos de la jubilación y no pude conseguir otra visita de bienestar durante 15 meses.
