I haven't seen the doctor for over a year at this facility and it's very difficult to get an appointment with them. Yeah, either he has to be more available or you need to get more providers.

She spent a long time with me. Asked questions about when I take my medications. She suggested that I spread them out more during the day. She checked my handbook where I record daily blood pressure results. She explained that I needed to drink more water. She was absolutely excellentu00A0and listened to me.

At my appointment all of the people I dealt with were very caring and helpful. Vicki Saint Paine was exceptional. She listened, made me comfortable, had excellent answers for my question and basically made me feel ready to restart myself!
Well, you see me as soon as I got there basically, and you go over everything with me. I mean from blood pressure to my EKG to everything that is pertinent to my cardio stuff. And I really, I mean I love going there. I mean I love going there, but they're my go-to cardio people. Thank you.

Vicki is great! She is knowledgeable, smart, patient, listens well, answers all my questions. I regret that they cannot be my PCP as well as my cardiologist. Southcoast has been rated in the past as the best because of outstanding customer service. Whoever is making the changes has taken a step away from that goal.
