Everyone is pleasant, professional, and respectful.
I was seen by healthcare staff in a very timely manner. All staff interactions were friendly and professional. I like to talk and the staff listened to me carefully and responded accordingly. Additionally, staff were very helpful in scheduling follow up appointments prescribing medications needed and explaining in an understanding way what results were needed.

I was able to see the provider very quickly. I had had a fall. I needed to make sure I saw the provider to get X-rays and ct asap. To make sure I had no real problems. Sherri Viera listened and previewed my medical records. And we had a good conversation about what would be the best way to put my anxiety to rest. I would highly recommend, because she listened, and questioned me on how I truly felt. Mentally and physically. It's a nice feeling when you feel a provider gives you the time and professional advice

Very attentive care provider. I was able to get an appointment quickly and everything was explained thoroughly. More care needs to be taken for privacy checking in and out. Discussing name address date of birth and phone in everyone's space is too much.
Sherry Vieira was excellent! She addressed all of my health issues and sent in the necessary prescriptions and set up the x-ray immediately. I am very happy with the results, and I am feeling healthy again already!

My nurse practitioner Sherry Vieirau00A0always listens to me and everything she's a Karen nurse practitioner and nobody else she has about me more than she does. She always knew something was wrong with me. When my Primary care doctor didn't care about the pain in my chest. He said it was heartburn, but Sherry knew it wasn't heartburn. It was to my heart Wasn't for her. I'd be dead by now and I'm grateful for Sherry the nurse practitioner. I am so happy that I have her and she's the only one I would only see in the office and nobody else because she listens about my problems and everything else so doctor [Name]u00A0Does not listen to nobody or understands nobody. She could've killed me off and thank God for known it wasn't heartburn said it was when it wasn't it was to my heart.
