I would say that you need more staff to assist with check-out. Check-out takes time for each patient and those waiting are standing in a small area.

The only issue I had with this visit was it was hard to hear the doctor. The sound was very soft no matter if the speaker was raised.

It was my first visit meeting Jackie and Sally and I could not have felt more welcomed. Jackie was friendly and interactive while taking my vitals and she instantly put me at ease. While seeing Sally, I did not feel rushed at all. She answered all of my questions but also asked me questions based on my extensive medical record. She came into the appointment already being familiar with my medical history and that was impressive to me. To say that I am elated that I have found a provider that is caring, compassionate and willing to take their time with me, is an understatement! I am so thankful to be a patient in Sally's care.
