About Robert Fruggiero, MD
Dr. Fruggiero completed his medical degree at New York Medical College, and his Family Medicine Residency at Brown University. Previously, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
In his spare time Dr. Fruggiero enjoys playing the piano, singing, reading science fiction and considers himself an amateur astronomer.

Very professional explain things easily, listen to me and my concerns
I got my blood taken today, full panel. I wish I got the woman's name who did mine but I didn't. She was incredibly kind and although every single person who helped me at South Coast was very accommodating, the phlebotomist was my fave.
After 30+ years with Dr.Wood it certainly was an anxious experience to start with a "NEW " PCP.Dr. [Name] recommended Dr.Fruggiero for me and he has been a GREAT choice as my PCP. It has been about 3 years now and I had some medical challenges for a couple of years and much better now.I am VERY grateful to have Dr. Fruggiero as my Primary Care Doctor. [Name] [Name]
You did everything extremely well. So much so that I actually look forward to the visits with Dr Fruggerio. The only improvement I could suggest are donuts in the waiting room.

Dr. Fruggerio is the best primary care provider that i have ever had. He goes above and beyond. He is very understanding and very thorough. He goes over everything. Every dr and every medication. He explains everything so that you understand. He will answer every question that you have and if he doesn't know about something he will find out. He is incredibly smart and very down to earth. He is very relatable. I wish all my Dr's would follow his lead. I hope he continues to practice for a very long time
