Dr. Mandelson is a graduate of the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Cardiology at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Conn.
He has practiced cardiology at Hospital Memorial de Charlton for over 22 years.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine and cardiovascular diseases.

Dr. Mandelson, for years, it's been my experience that his bedside manner excels any other thing, every other thing that he does well. Very very satisfied. And I would recommend him very highly to anybody that I thought needed good medical advice slash care. Absolutely unequivocally.
I have been going to the office of Dr. Peter Mandelson for many years now and I have been very pleased with the office staff, the wait time, and Dr. Mandelson has always been there for me. Dr. Mandelson's staff from the front desk to taking my blood pressure, speaking to me and entering my information and Dr. Mandelson are incredible. They are fantastic, took very good care of me. Everyone…from receptionist to appointment setters…from the nurse to the Doctor…EVERYONE was kind courteous,respectful accommodating and informative and helpful. Truly one of the best medical appointments I've ever had.
Very attentive, very personable, very knowledgeable about my medical history and improvements I can make in my medication to improve my cardiovascular health. I always leave the office with a better understanding of what's going on with my "ticker". Dr. Mandelson also was instrumental in saving my daughter's life when she was 14 years old.
