About Marvin Berman, MD
Board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine, Dr. Berman has been practicing in Fall River for more than 20 years and has been on staff at Hospital Memorial de Charlton since 1989.
A magna cum laude graduate of the Boston University School of Medicine, he completed his internship and residency at University Hospital in Boston. He received his training in gastroenterology at the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital. He was an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School. He lectures at Brown University and teaches at Boston Medical Center.
Dr. Berman has a special interest in liver disease and has published widely on this topic as well as other gastrointestinal conditions. He is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.

Actually, I would rate Dr. Berman a 12!
Everything went well. The check in and check out was very quick. Dr. Berman was great. The blood work was very quick. Overall the visit was excellent.
Dr Berman is thorough and " listens" to the problem. He does not rush me and allows time for patient to explain. He genuinely seems concerned to help his patient and find the best course of action.
Doctor was awesome, he really showed that he cared and is trying his best to help me get healthier and feel better. [Name] at the check out desk is amazing and she made me feel better by just showing me kindness and patience.
