About Mark Desnoyers MD
Dr. Desnoyers came to the Southcoast region in 1989 to establish the first community hospital catheterization laboratory (“cath lab”) in Massachusetts. He has served as the director of St. Luke’s cath lab since its opening in 1991.
Dr. Desnoyers graduated as Valedictorian of his class from Dartmouth College before heading to Harvard Medical School to earn his medical degree. He completed an internship, residency, and fellowship in cardiology at New England Medical Center Hospital in Boston, where he also performed his cardiology fellowship and ultimately became a faculty member and associate director of the adult cardiac cath lab.
Dr. Desnoyers is board certified in internal medicine with a subspecialty board certification in cardiovascular disease.

He's always listens to me & he knows my goals.
I can't think of a thing. To tell you honestly Dr. Desnoyer is the only Dr's appointments I don't mind going to.
dr. desnoyers is an eminent physician, cardiologist, and human being.he is experienced, brilliant, knows all relevant up-to-date studies, practices, and new methods. but most important, he cares and does everything to keep my health in the best shape.he personifies the highest level of medical service, and honors the hippocratic oath, its ethics, and personal responsibility for others, not as a distanced 'provider', but most importantly as a dedicated human with incredible responsibilities.i would, and do, and always will, trust him with my life.
He is probably the best cardiologist in the area and kept me in stable condition for years very satisfied with his plan for the future

This was my very first visit with this doctor at this office, so it's hard to judge, but everything went very well, and I liked him and his staff very much.
Dr. Mark Desnoyers always carefully listens to your questions and concerns and makes sure that you understand and are satisfied. Thankfully he does not spend his time on the computer while he is talking to you so you know that you have his full attention. Yes, I really like Dr. D'Souza. I think he's a very great doctor. I've been going to him now for a while and he's helped me a lot with my heart issues. I've got three stents in my heart and I have a pacemaker. And I'm still alive and feel pretty good most days. And I would certainly recommend him highly to anyone.
