Mandy LeBlanc, NP obteve a sua licenciatura em Enfermagem na Universidade de Massachusetts Dartmouth em Dartmouth, Massachusetts. I was very impressed that Mandy LeBlanc came into the room knowing my medical history and was very informative because this was the first time meeting her. She explained things in an understandable way and listened and answered my questions in a professional way.
I didn't feel listened to. I felt the provider made assumptions I felt the health summary/visit summary did not reflect what actually happened in the office.
I came to do less invasive testing and investigating into lower rectal issues and for an alternative to colonoscopy, given a complex health history - but I was pretty much dismissed .
She listened to what I had to say. I listened to her the first appointment and followed her instructions. It was working great. I did slip the past few days while I was caring for my son which she understood
