About Jason Reich, MD
Jason Reich, MD, completed his medical degree at George Washington University, Washington, D.C. and his internal medicine residency at Boston University, Boston Medical Center. He also completed a Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Boston Medical Center. Prior to medical school, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y.
Dr. Reich is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the American Gastroenterological Association.
His clinical interests include inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gastrointestinal bleeding, acid reflux (GERD), and colon cancer as well as other functional gut disorders.

I felt I needed to hear more about why I keep getting ear infections and sinus infections and wondering if it was the Crohn's medication I don't feel that question was fully answered

Apointment was scheduled the same day I called the office, and was seen the same day. They made time to fit me in and scheduled tests right a way for me...very satisfied with this office
Doctor conducted no examination. Never even examined my stomach. I brought a list of concerns and he dismissed them all except for one. He seemed like he was in a hurry to eat the doordash he got before my appointment. Very disappointed.
Timely appointment. Accommodated my more urgent request.
I was so pleased that Dr. Reich agreed to a telephone call visit, since it was a review of meds an mri follow up. I had just had surgery and confined to bed. There were no immediate indications that I had to be in person. It was so nice he took the time look at my chart & okayed it. He even wished me a speedy recovery and nothing to worry about just recovering. That's a Dr. who to me is on top of his job. I know there are lots of patients, but he made me feel as an individual not just another case. Glad I have a great care team.

Provider answered all questions with care and helpful information. Everyone was very cordial.
The doctor was overbooked the day of my visit and I had to wait over an hour to be seen. The doctor is fantastic however and I felt bad because I overheard him say he was skipping his lunch to get caught up on patients.
I liked that the wait time was short.
Everyone is friendly and courteous all the time. Dr. Reich is knowledgeable and makes you feel like you are important and he really cares about you.
