Took the time to listen
Catherine always listens to everything ive got to say. Ive never left her office feeling like all my issues weren't addressed.
Ms Obin is a good listener and always spends time to listen to me.
Answered any questions I had and their answers were easy to understand.
Catherine is awesome. She listens and she cares. She understands barriers to health and helps brainstorm ways around them. She looks beyond the numbers to the person, but still makes sure to address issues before they become problems.
