From speaking to the front desk in the lobby, to check-in at the department through to seeing the assistant and the NP it was a most pleasurable experience. Everyone was nice, understanding, helpful. It gave a me a great feeling that I chose right when selecting Charlton Memorial! Couldn't ask for a better experience!
Her attention to my cardiovascular issues was outstanding. Great people - friendly understanding and communication, backed up by a solid computer patient database. The staff exhibited attention to detail and answered any general questions or concerns that I may have had. I always feel comfortable and confident about the care given to me at the Southcoast Hospital Group. Keep up the great work!
Took the time to discuss my upcoming procedure in a relaxed setting and listened to my questions.
The facility is spotlessly clean, there is ample free parking, appointments are on time, and the staff is friendly and respectful.
The only issue during the appointment that could have been better was the wait time in the exam room. Other than that the appointment was very productive and the provider answered all of my questions related to my health.

Everyone in Dr Sood's office is absolutely amazing. You walk in, they take your vitals, the Dr is right behind them, and they are always quick to answer you calls. They really are extremely good at what they do, and I'm never stressed when I go for a visit, in fact I look forward to seeing all of them.
I have been consistently impressed with the competence, professionalism, and friendliness of every staff member I have come in contact with before, during, and after my cardiac surgery at Charlton. Bri was no exception. Give her a raise!?
