About Brian Costa FNP
Brian Costa, FNP earned an Associate degree of Science in Nursing from Bristol Community College in Fall River, Massachusetts. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts before obtaining his Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, Massachusetts.
Brian’s clinical education inspired him to take on the challenge of being able to care for the most complex populations in our communities. He chose Primary Care because he believes it plays an important role in the prevention of illness and the improvement of health.
He encourages a healthy and welcoming relationship with his patients. He wants them to feel comfortable to express their health concerns.
Brian is a life-long South Coast resident and when not at work, he enjoys skiing, camping and spending time with his dog Cooper.

Was attentive to my medical needs, very thorough
Brian was excellent - very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Also every staff member was polite and friendly and helpful. No complaints
My visit today did not need any improvement at all from when I walked in reception then to the nurse she was amazing and the doctor truly amazing and going X-ray They were amazing as well. I am glad I stayed at South Coast because at one point I wanted to leave, but I'm very happy.
Brian is a very competent practitioner. He is courteous and is a good listener . I would recommend him anyone.

Brian Costa was very professional, courteous and thorough during my annual exam. It was the first time we met, but he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed!
This was my first visit with NP Brian Costa instead of my primary care provider Dr. [Name] He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I definitely felt my care was his utmost concern.

I was given an appointment that day and the Dr. I saw was very helpful and concerned.
I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. Brian Costa was able to figure out what was the cause of my problem. He asked questions which I feel were essential to coming to the diagnosis. He really figured it out and I was very relieved.
Had all kinds of blood work done, chest x-ray, results all over the place, some high, some low, no one called me to discuss the results of all the tests. I am not a doctor and do not really understand what the results mean, if they do the tests, they should inform you of issues!!!!
