About Himanshu Verma, MD
Dr. Himanshu Verma graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tufts University with a B.A. degree in Economics. He received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston. Dr. Verma completed internal medicine internship and residency at Cornell-New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York and then completed a gastroenterology fellowship at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Mass. He then pursued additional training with an advanced endoscopy fellowship at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Dr. Verma is trained in therapeutic endoscopy including endoscopic ultrasound, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), luminal stenting and endoscopic mucosal resection. His areas of clinical interest include pancreaticobiliary disease as well as general gastroenterology.
He is board certified in internal medicine. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterology Association and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
Dr. Verma enjoys playing tennis, snowboarding, surfing, running and yoga.
Himanshu speaks Hindi.

Dr Verma is awesome. He is a great listener and is patient. He takes the time for you that you need. Also explains so that you understand.
He was friendly, knowledgeable and concise
My experience was a good one. I checked in online arrived for my appointment on time and was taken in for the appointment shortly after I arrived and was seen shortly after being placed in the examining room. The staff was pleasant and courteous and my Doctor was very helpful in explaining things to me and answering any questions I may have asked. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Staff is friendly from the medical assistant:nurse that took my vitals and went over my medical history to the woman at check out. Dr Verma is sincere and listens to my concerns. He always offers a sound plan of care.

Nothing to improve upon
Dr. Verma was knowledgeable, friendly, listened well, and clearly explained the path forward - couldn't ask for more from a medical provider.
Great provider, but waited over 30 minutes to be seen.
Timely, very helpful, gracious, and Dr. Verma really does care( you can see it in his eyes) reminding me that I have a chance to live well if I'm responsible. I have been going there for years now and honestly can't think of anything to improve.
