It was my first time with Kailey, the NP. She was very caring, attentive and informative guiding me through what I needed to take care of my health and wellbeing.
Addressed my needs, willing to.consider options as well as my input. Sometimes she would keep talking when I was trying to say something.
This was a follow up to an er visit and I was scheduled an appointment within just a couple of days especially since it was just before the weekend. She was very kind and listened to my questions and offered suggestions to not only treat my current concerns but also how to help prevent them.
Today was my first visit with this provider. It was as if she knew me before. She asked questions and was very helpful.

I called to schedule an appointment but only the nurse practitioner was available. She was so delightful! She made my son feel very comfortable, was very thorough and clear about everything from beginning to end. She consulted with the other doctors as well to ensure she made an informed decision about diagnosis, treatment and any other next steps. It was truly a pleasure! Thank you so much!

A Kaylee foi absolutamente fantástica. Chegou com um sorriso. Fez-me sentir confortável. Estava um pouco nervosa porque não a tinha visto, esta é a primeira vez que a vejo porque o meu médico não estava no consultório e ela pôs-me à vontade. Ela falou-me de tudo. Explicou-me tudo. Toda a sua personalidade era fantástica. Adorei-a completamente. Acho que ela é simplesmente fantástica. Por isso, a minha visita foi muito, muito positiva e acho que vocês precisam de mais fornecedores como ela. Obrigado.
A minha preocupação médica foi tratada de uma forma eficiente....... perguntas relacionadas foram feitas..... conselhos médicos foram comunicados por um indivíduo com uma abordagem afável e conhecedor. Entrei com um sentimento de incerteza... e saí com a sensação de que a área de preocupação estava sob controlo.
