It was my first time with Kailey, the NP. She was very caring, attentive and informative guiding me through what I needed to take care of my health and wellbeing.
Addressed my needs, willing to.consider options as well as my input. Sometimes she would keep talking when I was trying to say something.
This was a follow up to an er visit and I was scheduled an appointment within just a couple of days especially since it was just before the weekend. She was very kind and listened to my questions and offered suggestions to not only treat my current concerns but also how to help prevent them.

She made my son feel very comfortable, was very thorough and clear about everything from beginning to end. Kaylee was absolutely amazing. She came in with a smile. She made me feel comfortable. I was a little nervous because I haven't, I have, this is my first time seeing her because my doctor was out of the office and she put me at ease. She talked me through everything. She explained everything. Her whole personality was amazing. I absolutely loved her. I think she is just amazing. My medical concern was handled in an efficient manner.......related questions were asked.....medical advice was communicated by an individual with an affable approach and knowledgeable. I entered feeling uncertain...i made my exit feeling the area of concern was under control.
